Chapter 1: Rebirth
"Life is a voyage, some seek to avoid it, I seek to destroy it."
He lay there, my dagger shoved through his heart, the war was finally over, Hell was victorious as I turned to walk away, he mumbled" You are far from done atoning for your crimes Lucifer, there are far greater trails to come, you will fight Gods stronger than I, Oh fallen angel, your time of retribution is far from over."
"The dying mumbling of a dead old man, whatever you think will happen to me you are truly wrong, I have finally seized the top seat in heaven, what was yours is now mine."
"That was always your issue Lucifer, you wanted what was not yours to take and that will be your punishment, go walk the steps to my power, do it, let it consume you like it did me."
"Hahaha, do not pretend to understand me 'Father', you controlled my every movement until I fell, the freedom from you was divine. I will not be bound to your will anymore, your power can stay locked in that room, locked in your chamber, from now on, this universe will be free from your control, enjoy wherever you go when you die old man, I'm going home."
"Lucy, are you sure about that?"
Ignoring God, Lucifer opened the door back to the plains of Heaven and to his surprise he began to fall, as he fell a small crack on the opened up and swallowed his body whole, the pressure within the crack began to tear his body apart, the pain broke his mind and before he could think a single sentence he was knocked out cold.

Lucifer awoke in a room, lying in a cold liquid that had wrapped him from head to toe, forcing his eyes open, he immediately felt a difference in the world around, the magic he spent thousands of years gathering in hell was gone, instead he felt a similar force flowing around him. It was in the air, the ground, confused Lucifer looked down at his own body but was shocked stiff by what he saw, the liquid that was covering him was his own blood, hanging from around his neck was a small book.
Touching the book, Lucifer paused for a second as nothing happened, while he waited a white light suddenly exploded from the book as it grew in size and filled one of his hands, struggling to hold the book, Lucifer tried to recover his balance as an unfamiliar voice entered his mind" Forging a blood contract between Lucien Dufour and the Grimoire, please wait."
Lucifer panicked and said aloud"What the hell are you and where am I?"
The Grimoire spoke "I'm the Grimoire born between the pact of pride and Lust. I'm yours to command, your mana is strong but demonic, I will try to hide its demonic nature, you will need to upgrade me by mastering the spells present and unlocking new ones. As a Grimoire I'm currently colourless, the weakest I can be, the final rank for me will be the Demonic Emperor level, with this you will be the strongest being in existence on this plane. Alongside mastering the spells, you can unlock new spells by completing rituals of lust with as many people as possible, to gain new you must be lustful to increase what you have you need to be prideful, Fœdus Libido atque Superbia. Open me and see the first few pages of your new life."
On the first page of the book was a list of attributes for Lucifer, the second page was a picture of him, the attributes listed were as follows:

Race: Human/Demon Hybrid.
Class: Demonic Monster tamer.

Physique: Normal Human.

Magic Ability: F-

Spells: Hell's Jaws and Dream Invasion (More information on pages 5 and 6)
Confused and alarmed, Lucifer asked" Do you have a shorter name?"
The Grimoire responded with" I do not, would you like to give me a name?"
Lucifer smiled and remembered what God had called him before he died, "Your new name will be Lucy, can you explain to me where I am and what all of this means to me?"
Lucy energetically said" Of course master, let us begin..."
