Chapter 92: Secret Room
The Principal's announcement not only shook the academy but the whole capital as well, no noble family could believe that the principal of the academy decided to get himself a personal student, they all know that the old man has never done this before and they also know that he will only do things that benefit fate itself.

Inside the Fernandes castle, Marcus Fernandes is sitting in his office and handling some paperwork, suddenly he heard a knock on his door which distracted him from his work.
"Come in." He called the person in wondering who it is, as the door opened he saw his butler walk in.
"What is it?" Marcus asked.
"Sir, it's about that boy, Zio Asura!" The Butler said.
"Hmm? What about him, did he do something to Selistia?" Marcus asked with a frown.
"No, the boy is now the personal student of the Principal of the academy!" The Butler answered, as soon as Marcus heard this, the pen in his hand fell on the table and splattered ink all over the papers he was writing on.
Marcus is shocked as he heard this. "Are you sure?" He asked to confirm if his Butler said something wrong.
"Yes, I am sure, the whole Academy is in shock after the announcement" The Butler answered.
"I see!" Marcus said and lifted the pen of the paper and performed a little magical incantation which caused the fallen ink on the paper to disappear.
"You can go" He ordered. The butler nodded and left closing the door behind him, Marcus, on the other hand, fell into deep thought.
'That old man is bounded by fate, he won't do anything that would go against his and the world's fate, if he chose to take that boy as his student, then there must be a reason, is he trying to protect the boy?'
Marcus wondered.
'Nobody knows how that old man thinks and I shouldn't try to get into his mind as well, the only thing to do right now is to make sure not to get Zio involved into a political power struggle'
Marcus thought. He doesn't want to mess with that old man. He is someone no one in the kingdom wants to mess with.

Inside the royal palace, the queen is currently inside her room looking out of the window, seeing her kingdom that she controls, she then heard a knock on the door.
"Come in" She called the person in, soon a woman wearing a maid outfit walked in but this woman didn't seem simple, she has small knives tied around her arms, she is clearly a fighter.
"What is it?" The queen asked.
"My lady, it's about the Principal of the academy!" She said.
"What about it? Did the old man do something?" The Queen asked.
"Yes, he got himself a personal student" She answered.
The queen paused her breathing for a few seconds as she was shocked by this new information.
"Who is this student of his?" The Queen asked as she got curious about this new student of the Principal.
"His name is Zio Asura, he is ranked 1st in the new batch among the new students who entered the academy this year" She answered.
"Isn't this kid the one who scored more than 20000 points?" The Queen asked.
"Yes, My lady he is" The maid answered.
"Hmm, interesting, there must be something more to this student than just his impressive score, what was his name again, Zio Asura?"
"Yes, my lady"
"Zio Asura, Asura, where have I heard this name? Asura, Asura, Asura...." She then paused for a second before realizing something.
"You can leave now!" She said and turned around with a frown on her face, the maid bowed and left the room.
'I hope that boy is one of them!' She thought and made her way to the certain corner of the room and looked at the candle stand stuck to the wall, she then pulled the candle stand down, suddenly the wall next to the candle moved inside and opened up like a door which leads to an underground hidden room.
The queen took a deep breath and walked in, this is a secret room only she knew about and before her, her husband who told her about this room right before his death, she visited this room several times after his death to learn about the secrets about this kingdom and learn how to keep it from falling out of her control into someone else.
She walked down the stairs and cast a magic spell to lit up her path down the stairs, the stairs soon lit up and the queen could see the entrance of a room in front of her, she entered the room and walked past a few treasures and books and finally stopped in front of a bookshelf.
He tried to find a book she is looking for and finally found it, she found a very thick book which has the name "Children of Asura" on it.
'This is it!' She thought and pulled out the book and started to go through it, she soon found out a few things about this kingdom's history she had no idea about.
She learned that this kingdom is not as new as she thought, this kingdom was built over the old kingdom that existed before to hide the old kingdom's existence, the book didn't specify why the old kingdom disappeared but it did say one thing. When the kingdom is in despair, the Asuras will come forward and save it.
She knew about the Asuras as her husband told her about them and how this small group of people were really powerful and might be the help the kingdom needs in the time of need but after that meteor strike, her hope was shattered, she didn't know about this clan but her husband told her that they will come when the kingdom is in trouble but now that they are gone she knew that one the main protectors of the kingdom are gone.
She doesn't know why they were the protectors but she believed her husband, he was the wisest man she ever knew and his judgment was never wrong.
'If the Asuras are still alive then there may be a chance' She thought as she looked at the book.
'No, I cannot just depend on a single child who has just joined the academy, for now, I should just keep an eye on him!' She thought while looking at the book in her hand.
"That old man, he knew something, that is why he took the boy as his student... No, it must be related to fate, he is trying to make sure fate doesn't get twisted"
She said and put the book away and made her way back to her room.
