Chapter 36: Let’s open a Brothel

Rai Kiyoshi and Rai Shinah sat side by side facing Rai Shen with a serious expression.
"Absolutely not, I'm disappointed in the both of you for even considering it as a viable option."
"~sigh~ Shen...can you try not to misunderstand me when I say this... As much as I appreciate all the love and protection you provide, can you try not to forget that I was reborn with the mindset of a adult, who is technically older than you. And my opinion should be taken into consideration as well. At this moment I need you to look past my appearance and trust me, if we want to take out our enemy's we can't just focus on defensive ploys... eventually we need to be on the offensive and it would be a lot easier with this business aiding us in the shadows."
"I'm not convinced..I don't want any of you involved in something as dirty as this."
"Of course your not convinced, you haven't even seen the floor plans yet; which took me a long time to draw up by the way.
If you think about it how else would we lure 'them' in and get them comfortable enough to lower their guard without the incentive of a beauty and fine wine. Besides if you look at my plans it won't show a brothel design.. but more like a burlesque performance."
Shen's eyebrows furrow together in confusion. "Burlesque performance?"
"Oh right, uhh it's like a provocative performance without the exchange of money for intimacy. What's more alluring than an attractive and teasingly unobtainable item. Our establishment wouldn't be known as a brothel.
The girls we accept will be under our umbrella of protection. I won't discriminate against past titles or backgrounds, but they'll be required to pass my test before being accepted. Also aside from etiquette and other various lessons they'll have a Spirit Overlord to mold them into the perfect hidden weapon when the time comes. I need them to be both mentally and physical strong enough to strike down an enemy while providing the illusion of a exotic and delicate little flower.
While this idea seems frivolous and inappropriate to you...it provides the best cover for our real motives. Well set it up as a competition in beauty, talent, and charm. I wouldn't force them to bed anyone nor would I want any harm or mistreatments to come to them, I want them treated with respect and care like a trusted subordinate.
Well also provide enticing rewards, and pay them for information or certain services and missions... satisfying their hunger for power while slowly gaining their trust and loyalty... of course I'm not naive enough to trust freely at first they'll be given the ultimatum of being under a contract with a couple conditions. Until they collect a set amount of loyalty points they can exchange for their release and chose to stay or leave our establishment.
And that's just the first floor... so don't discredit the idea, because it doesn't fit your values ... It's not supposed to, we want to attract the monsters tainting the kingdom. So look over the plans again before you disagree, I'm willing to compromise on some matters but you have to meet me halfway."
Rai Shen sits there quietly digesting everything before putting away the scrolls into his spacial ring. "I'll look over it tonight, I'm still against the idea but I'll go over everything before we discuss it again... now can you change back I miss my Little Shin'er." He tugs on her ponytail playfully.
"Tsk.. I knew it was a bad idea to involve you, I would have done it for you, Little Brat next time don't depend on the wrong brother."
"Are you saying I'm not reliable? Are you claiming to be the better big brother?!" Rai Shen's oppressive aura knocked Rai Kiyoshi to the ground.
"Kiyoshi what's the use of hiding things from family? Besides that's just insulting Shen, he would have found out anyway.
It'd be a waste if I change back now Shen besides I was thinking of staying this way every time I go out. And don't we have a guest over?"
Greatly appeased by Shinah's words Rai Shen released his aura with a flick of his sleeves. Rai Kiyoshi pops up off the floor with an aggrieved expression. "Pft that's true Shen's so nosy. Little Brat comfort your Third brother, bring out some more snacks!"
"You can change, we're not going back to the palace." Rai Shen explained desperately, he missed his adorable Little Shin'er.
"Why not? Aww I have things I wanted to collect from my room.."
"Like what I'll send Ya Ling to retrieve it. I'm watching over you and your fourth brother tonight. Mothers going back to fathers courtyard."
"Ah can't we just run in and out? Let's leave Little Kumo with Brother Kiyoshi pleaseeee..Shen pleaseee...."
"...Mm okay."
"What? No! I just got my freedom back from watching you!"
Rai Shinah pulls Rai Kiyoshi to the side away from Rai Shen.
"Third Brother... pleaseeee.... I really have to get some things from my room, and it's personal and really important. Let's trade?... I'll give you another peach like last time." Shinah grasps his hands sweetly.
"You have more of those!!!! Give me! I want three of them!"
"Three?! No way I only have two left."Shinah lies.
"Okay give me those two.. and owe me one later."
"But ... who knows when I'll be able to get more again... oh well.... I'll just ask Akuma."
"FINE! just give me those two and I'll watch the little thing."
"Deal... thanks Kiyoshi your the best!" Rai Shinah jumps up on her tip toes and kisses her brothers cheek happily before taking out two big peaches out of her Mindscape and running off towards Rai Shen.

In the Palace of the Weeping Willow Kingdom.
"Brother Eldur please stop I'm begging you, just be patient, grandfather wants to tell you himself." A petite elf with an emotionless face spoke out to cloaked figure walking towards it.
The petite elf, pulled against the chains that bound it to the wall. Ripped pieces of the elf's pearl white dress swayed with the wind to the ground, exposing the elf's bare chest and ambiguous gender.
The petite elf's milky white body had beautiful intricately-woven blue tattoos along the shoulder blade... down the thighs, spiraling around its calf stopping in an anklet ring around the ankles signifying it's ancient decent and purebred lineage.
"Had enough? But Darling Jhaeir.. I've yet to start ..how can you submit so soon? Think of grandfather he'd be so ...disappointed." Eldur seductively caressed the petite elf's chest down to it's exposed navel.
"Enough ...I had enough, grandfather will explain it to you.. you don't have to do this... Brother Eldur please stop." The petite elf's wings spread and flapped behind him unconsciously with fear betraying his emotionless face.
"Fufufu.. Darling ...it's so adorable.. you genuinely believe that don't you? Hush...Stop talking about others in front of me... I'm a very petty and possessive Elf Jhaeir." Eldur tugged on Jhaeir's dangling earring made of shiny blue metal on his left leaf like pointed ear. He chuckled in delight at Jhaeir's moanful cry, looping a finger into the matching blue metal choker with a single big pearl; that reflected his sinister smile as he yanked Jhaeir down to his knees.
Jhaeir's tangled hair stayed unnaturally beautiful while Eldur grasped his fingers through it roughly, forcing himself into Jhaeir's mouth.
"Dare to bite me ..and I'll take your sister in the chains beside you. Aww Darling!... keep looking at me with such a hateful eyes, Oh how it arouses me. I promise to take special care of you tonight no need to be jealous."
"Mm Sss..taphh ..ich... I'gll ta..ll .. yogh." (Stop this I'll tell you) Jhaeir mumbled against Eldurs throbbing flesh.
"Fufu.. too late Darling. Don't talk with your mouth full." Eldur continued to slam himself into Jhaeir's mouth cruelly.
A gentle breeze slowly carries the smell of spices and the ending of spring, briefly flowing around them as Eldur brutality takes Jhaeir's body and innocence throughout the night.
