One day after the meeting with Azazel and Vali inside one of the room in the old school building.
Rias and Sona is really hate their life right now, because they both have to do something they really didn't like. They both wearing a seeing trough negligee while pretend to sleep in the bed. And their sleep pose was captured by the camera that was held by Tsubaki and Akeno who was doing their best to not laughing, because of the unluckyness of Sona and Rias.
"Rias why did we must doing something that so embarassing and stupid like this!" Asked Sona said while gritting her teeth with a red faces because she feel really angry to her childhood friend. "Using a seeing trough negliglee while pretend to a sleep in an embarassing pose! This is really are the most embarassing moment of my lifes!"
"We don't have any other choices in this case Sona, because we really need the permit for both our older sibling so we can help Azazel-Sensei to call the Midgardsorms. So doing something embarassing like this is the only way for us so we can be useful for Emiya-kun!" Rias said with a red faces and hard breath because Rias really loved to be seeing naked by other person.
"I'm a normal girl! And not a Exhibitionist like you! You pervert!" Shouted Sona with a very angry look on her faces. "And if not for helping Emiya-kun. I would never doing something embarassing like the thing we do right now!"

In underworld at Serafall offices, Azazel was already sitting at the waiting room to wait for Sirzech and Serafall that he call a couple hours before right after he got the embarassing photos of Rias and Sona from Akeno and Tsubaki. He really curious what kind of photos that exist inside the two brown envelopes, but he was forbid to see the photos by Rias and Sona. And even if he try to open the envelopes by force he can't open it at all, because Sona and Rias already sealed the two envelopes with a special family magic so the two envelopes can only be open by Sirzech or Serafall.
After waiting about ten minutes, Serafall and Sirzech are going inside the waiting room to meet with Azazel that calling both of them a couple hours before.
"Azazel why did you calling me and Sirzech right when we both are very busy with our works!" Serafall maybe saying to Azazel that she was busy working. But the truth is she is busy watching magical girl anime show while eating a snack and drinking a cola. "Are there is something so urgent and important to the point you forces us to meet you!"
"Eh, I'm not that busy because I already finishing my paperwork Serafall, but Azazel you disturb my family moment with my wife and son!" Sirzech is feel really angry, because he rarely have a time to be together with his son and Azazel called, ruined his happy moment. "I hope the reason you calling me is important, because if not I will made you regret for disturbing my happy time!"

"Well, I guarantee both of you that you will not having a regret answering my calling and meet me here," Azazel grinned he have a big confidence that the photos that he bought with him in the two brown envelopes will made Sirzech and Serafall feel really happy. "The reason I call both of you here because I want you two to gave a permission for Rias and Sona to atleast helping me to call Midgardsormr's in a fight againts the fake Loki!"
"No!" Shouted Serafall and Sirzech at the same times, who reject Azazel words.
"If the enemy only at the level of Kokabiel I will happily give Rias my permission because Kokabiel level of power is not at the god level! And beside that the enemy that my little sister will faces is Loki that's a different matter already!" Sirzech said with a very angry look. "The Loki in our dimension is already so troublesome and now my little sister must to faced a more stronger version of Loki from another world! Nah, I won't let my little sister facing a very dangerous enemy like that!"
"Sirzech is right! There is no way we let our little sister facing a super troublesome enemy like a stronger version Loki!" Serafall said with a paled faced because she imagining Sona was killed by Loki.
"Are both of you not listening to what I said before!?" Azazel said with coldsweat drop from his cheek. "I only need Rias and Sona help to call Midgardsormr's! Not to fight Loki! Are both of you is deaf?"

"No means no Azazel!" Sirzech and Serafall said at the same times. "We didn't want our little sister involved in a stupid fight againts Loki no matter what!"
"Sigh, both of you are really stubborn," Azazel said while pretend to be sad. "Then both you still will not give Rias and Sona permission even after I giving both of you this."
Azazel then took out the two brown envelopes from his pocket coat and giving it to Sirzech and Serafall. Serafall and Sirzech feel really confused by the two brown envelopes that Azazel give to them. But because their curious by the content inside the brown envelopes, they both take the two envelopes from Azazel hand and open the envelopes.
After Sirzech and Serafall open the envelopes and found the content inside the envelopes. Both of them have a very severe nosebleed in an instant after they both saw the photos of Rias and Sona in a sleeping pose while wearing a seeing trough negliglee.
"A-Azazel how did you get this photos!" Sirzech said while holding his nose with his palm because of the nosebleed. "Even I and Serafall is having a hard time to get this kind of photos of Rias and Sona!"
"This photos is truly a godly art! I will frame this photos and the put it in the wall of my room!" Serafall said while crying. "Thank you Azazel! Thank you!"
"Well I have my own way to get this photos," Azazel said with a grin on his faces. "If you still did not want to give Rias and Sona permission even after I give both of you those photos then I will take those photos back, because both of you is really hard to deal with."

Both Sirzech and Serafall faces became paled in an instant, because they both really didn't want to lose the photos of their beloved sister in a sleeping pose. Because almost impossible for them to get that kind of photos. Because Sona and Rias awareness is very high when both of them is try to get their sleeping photos for a countless time and because of that they always failed to get the photos they really want. Both Sirzech and Serafall is really confused by Azazel who easily can get the impossible photos that they both really wanted. It's a mystery to the pair of childhood friend how they can get that photos.
"W-wait Azazel!" Sirzech said with a paled faced and a cold sweat dripping from his forehead. "P-Please don't take back the photos! Because is really impossible for us to get this photos! Y-You only want Rias to help you in summoning the lazy dragon Midgardsormr's right? As long as Rias not fighting againts Loki or Fenrir and her life not in a dangerous situation, I will give her permission to help you! But please don't take photos!"
"I-I also will give Sona permission to help you Azazel! So please don't take Sona photos from me! Because I really want this photos!" Serafall said with a same face expression like Sirzech.
Azazel is smiling, the plan is works. Serafall and Sirzech is already giving the permission to Sona and Rias to help him, he even already record Sirzech and Serafall statement and words with a special recording device that he put inside his trousers pocket. For him to dealing with a two big siscon is really easy. (Because of Rias plan of course not his plan)

Shirou didn't like when Azazel calling him trought a phones and ask him to go to Kuoh Gakuen to help him summoning the consciousness of the sleeping dragon king Midgardsormr's. Because to call the dragon king the power of three dragon and two heavenly dragon. And because of that his help is a must.
"Sigh, to think Azazel made a back up plan to fight Loki by asking a help from one of the dragon king," Shirou said while changing his pajamas into his causal clothes. "What a troublesome and paranoid person, that stupid crow is really underestimated my ability, huh."
"You didn't have a choices in this matter Emiya-kun," Rin said who helping her boyfriend changing his clothes. "Because any kind of plan that will help us to beat Loki is a good thing."
"Sigh, I know Rin, I know," Shirou said while try to wearing his favorites t-shirt. "But still I hate a troublesome thing."
