Chapter 40: He Must've Gone Crazy (5)

Editor: Rainystars

After being flustered for a moment, Pei Qiqi found her glasses had fallen off to the side.

She went to reach for it but to do so, she had to… completely lie on top of Tang Yu and struggle a little.

She even heard a muffled grumble…

Only after she finally put the glasses on did she realize… just how overboard her action was. She was so flustered she didn't know what to do.

Should she knock him out cold, or tell him the truth?

To Tang Yu, this was torture. She was right on top of him and he could feel her unbelievably soft body tightly pressed against his.

The way her eyes were opened so widely was too funny…

Plus, one of her legs was stuck between his legs...

"Aren't you getting up?" Tang Yu's voice was insanely hoarse and he was talking like he had hot sand in his throat.

Before Pei Qiqi could move, the door opened…

Xiao Ran stood by the door with a document in hand. She watched the situation unroll before her in shock.

The new student, who was a cleaner, had jumped the President?

Remember that many years ago, in Sheng Yuan, some female employees would still dare to think wildly about Tang Yu.

But… in recent years, even the flies in the lunchroom learned that Tang Yu was not to be messed with…

She watched this for a long time before she slowly closed the door.

To give face to her boss was to give herself a chance. This was an experience Xiao Ran learned from working here.

Inside, Tang Yu stared at the little person on top of him. His giant hand reached out and patted her back. His voice was full of superiority, "Get up."

Pei Qiqi bit her lips. Ignoring how inappropriate it was for him to pat her back, she scrambled to a standing position. However, as she got up, her body ignited the indescribably devious flame in Tang Yu's heart.

The moment Pei Qiqi stood up, she noticed the change in Tang Yu's eyes.

Her face was red and she had no idea what to do. In her mind, she thought, his appetite was just too good.

Tang Yu was a little angry. He stood up and glanced over her. That glance of his made Pei Qiqi's heart tighten in nervousness.

"Go clean yourself up!" His voice contained no emotion as he went back to his desk.

Pei Qiqi rushed to the washroom. As she stared into the mirror, she realized that her makeup had… smudged.

When Xiao Ran entered again, Pei Qiqi was nowhere to be found.

Placing some documents on Tang Yu's desk, she gently said, "President, Mr. Tang had called and asked to eat together sometime!"

Tang Yu's finger froze. He gave Xiao Ren a glance and then asked softly, "When am I freer this week?"

"There won't be a lot going on on Friday. Also, Ms. Tang Xin had called a few times to complain that you are no longer spending time with her!" Xiao Ran's eyes were smiling.

Tang Yu chuckled, "Then you can ask her next time, why she wouldn't call me herself!"

"Perhaps… she finds me more interesting to talk to!" Xiao Ran of course knew that when Tang Xin is mentioned, Tang Yu's mood would lift and it would make her job easier.

As expected, Tang Yu merely smiled and didn't comment further.

Xiao Ran left and wondered where that little co-op was?

She was a smart woman. She could tell there was something going on between the President and that young co-op...
