"You disrespected our Empress by going to her room unannounced and challenged one of her trusted people!" Elder Evin banged the table of the council in the meeting room. Both councils from the minority and majority were present and seated around the table. Voronwe was standing by the window while looking at the high-roofed at the side of the palace. 

He could see people inside the house, but they were not moving at all. His eyes narrowed as he remembered what the Grand Oracle said. He twitched his jaw as the elder continued rambling.

"Even if the Grand Circle wanted to do something about the army of demons that is continually wreaking havoc in this mainland, why did you decide now?! We needed you decades ago, but you did not show any concern, Why now?!" Elder Evin's face is red with fury. His eyes were the same as the others inside the room except for one man who was scowling at them.
