Chapter 4: Bath #4: Are you sure those twins have nothing to do with the ominous red sky?
Although currently contained in soap, Haruto did not fair well with the supersonic flying speeds of vampire children. As luck would have it, said vampire children seem to enjoy taking their bars of soap to bed with them, resulting in him waking up to the scene of the quintessential lavender-haried rabbit girl.
As is appropriate for someone of her character, she attempted to wake up the vampire girl by hopping on top of her and proceeding to unload her vocal chords right into her ears, Haruto assumed this to be some sort of very advanced mind break tech.
This was evidently more effective than she had hoped, waking up not only the vampire, but the legendary sleeping demon known as the second lavender-haired sister.
Approximately 2 seconds later, the bedroom door has been launched directly through the opposing wall. This stands in great contrast to the new face in the room being fairly calm despite the door abuse.
2nd Sister: "Elze, what have I told you about using your voice as an alarm clock~?"
Elze: "Hmph… yes, Ryou…"
As a, we'll say normal for simplicity sake, normal human person from the normal human people world, as expected during a situation such as this, Haruto had a mental breakdown of all time.
Haruto: "The gods have forsaken me… I thought it was only a Touhou reference, but no, it was worse… I can't even tell what the reference is with this one. God damn it, how long is my cooldown now?"
As always, the handy isekai menu arrives just on time to either save or completely onliterate Haruto's sanity depending on how it feels that day.
>> Hivemind I — Cooldown: 2 hours.
Haruto: "Okay… just two more hours of this hot vampire lady and the Hiiragi twin extended universe, it can't be THAT bad. And I'm sure this skill will level up soon so I won't end up like this again. I can just… transport into a human? Or something with limbs? At least a lower cooldown or larger GTFO radius?"
While Haruto plots his future escape, the slapstick antics of the child and her twin servants continue.
Vampire Girl: "And what have I told you two Wakatsuki twins about starting the morning by shattering all of the windows and teleporting my door to another dimension? Don't interrupt my beauty sleep like that!"
A red mist accrues outside the windows, some flowing through the door-shaped hole in the wall. The twins immediately assume the begging for mercy position, bowing down on their knees in front of the bed.
Elze and Ryou: "We're sorry, Mistress Tsumiko."
Tsumiko crosses her arms as the mist begins to dissipate.
Tsumiko: "Fine… but you two have to be extra nice to me and Mr. Soapy today, got it? Oh, and maybe figure something out with that door? We wouldn't want any bloodthirsty vampire hunters climbing in from there."
Elze: "Mr. Soapy? Wait, what? The people hunting vampires are bloodthirst-"
While Elze is mildly confused by the mention of this Mr. Soapy guy and the statement that the people known for hunting blood sucking monsters are bloodthirsty, Ryou bonks her on the head. She really didn't feel like engaging the Mistress any more than they already had.
