Chapter 52: 52 The Tavern
They bowed their head and got up off the floor to be bound to me. When that was finished I brought out 6 of the Terrans and gave them to the group so they could feed and be full. Now that I had my seethe settled in and full I decided to head over to see my friends that were waiting for me.
I noticed that I got a message and I opened my mail it was from Eve and said that they were waiting for me in the Tavern.
"You all stay here except for you Cain, I will be back soon. Cain come with me, it is time to go see my friends at the tavern." I spoke up.
"Master, please allow one of us at the very least to accompany you over to that tavern. You can clearly defend yourself but you don't look like you can. If you take one of us with you then people are more likely to leave you alone and that would prevent less issues with the wolves and terrans." Jin Woo spoke up. "As the guards for the seethe, we are also your personal bodyguards if you so want us to be."
"That offer is generous but not needed. The head of the wolves is a close friend and they will leave me alone as well as play body blocker if any terrans try to cause any trouble. For now your task is to rest and overlook the seethe and keep them safe from harm. Kill no one while I am away unless they give you no choice and if anyone bothers you detain them until I return. I will not be gone long." I replied.
They bowed and I turned around and headed towards the stairs. But I felt a pull on the bonds the moment I took 3 steps on the stairs. Turning around I felt down the line to find who was pulling on me. Micheal was pulling pretty hard and looked like he was about to panic.
"Micheal come with me please, I will take Jin Woo's advice and bring one more with me." I said outloud.
I watched Micheal relax and then rush over to me. He appeared overjoyed that I would allow him to be beside me. I knew that I needed to get to the bottom of his panic very soon but for now my friends were waiting for me and it was starting to get late and I would need to log out soon and go home. As we went toward the door, I noticed that it was sunny and that Micheal might have an issue here. I reached back and noticed that Micheal was almost stepping on me and trying to hide from the sun using me as a shield. Looking back I saw Jin Woo coming from out of the stairs with a slight smirk on his face. I could feel what he was thinking and knew he knew there would be an issue leaving with Micheal as it is indeed broad daylight. Taking Micheal by the hand I turned around and walked out into the sun. Micheal had to be pulled out the door but then starting to whimper and then went silent. A moment later a gasp was heard a few buildings down.
"One vampire in broad daylight was shocking enough but with a powerful enough master that was to be expected, but now with 2 vampires walking with that master in broad daylight we are clearly no longer safe." A middle aged woman yelled to everyone.
I ignored her and kept walking over to the tavern. We got inside and relaxed looking over to the left I saw my friends joking around and laughing at a table.
"Hello, Damian, Eve and Adam. What a pleasure to see you all. My first line of business with my Seethe is complete. So I am free to leave while they are adjusting. What are all of your plans? Also this is Cain my slave and Micheal my head of the gifted males branch of my seethe. Where are your servants or slaves?" I said with true cheer.
"Master they are getting drinks for them. Would you like me to get you something to drink and a chair?" Micheal replied back to my questions. "I can also tell you their plans as well if you want to know."
"Enough Micheal," Cain replied. "I will get her the drink and you can get her a chair. Also keep your mouth shut unless Master asks you to answer her. You need to learn when to speak and when to remain quiet. Yes I know from your look that I am speaking for my Master but I know she is too nice to you right now to say what I just said so I said it for her as is my place. You are a servant just like me and me belonging to the Master in a bond stronger then anything you can have for her puts me at the head of the servants. So it is my job to keep the rest in line."
Eve started laughing and tapping the table. "You have your hands full with that one don't you. He has way too much spirit and still talks out of turn. I am shocked you haven't collared or trained him enough yet to teach him when to speak and where to speak. You were always good at that in school and around larger groups."
Adam looked at me, "Was that last part a reminder to you or to him about what his place is supposed to be in your life? Onyx still having issues with your slave? Can I help you teach him to be silent unless you ask him to speak. I don't have any issues with my slave, Ramona."
"Master, here is your drink they call Cupid's Panties. It has tequila rose, godiva white chocolate liqueur and topped with whipped cream. I know you like tequila, chocolate and pink so I brought you back that drink. I hope you enjoy it." Ramona replied with a slight smirk. "I also brought you the Unicorn kisses cocktail that you asked for. They did have the edible glitter stars you requested as well. It really is a nice purple drink. The Blue raspberry vodka and strawberry lemonade make one of the prettiest purple drinks I have ever seen and the glitter makes it dreamy as well."
Everyone burst out laughing at her innocent seeming comment. I caught the smirk and knew she said it on purpose as he gave her a subtle slap to her face with his comment. I was laughing so far that tears started to fall down my face. Damien "Devlin" and Claire "Eve" were laughing pretty hard as well. Ethan's "Adam" face was going more and more red by the minute.
