Chapter 86: A Day to Remember...
//Damn i have so much to do lately. Just a while ago my great grandpa passed away and now the exams are just a month away. It's all too much for my weak fantasy based mentality. The real world is scary XD //
'What a day...'
Konrad laid in his bed, thinking about all the recent happenings.
So much happened in such a short amount of time. The Sword. Miastiti. Their relationship.
He felt warmth remembering the feeling of her soft lips. To think he would fall for her so hard in such a short amount of time...
He tried to go slow with her. Both of them knew what the other felt but they just met each other, and Mia was in a difficult emotional situation not too long ago. They should have waited for at least a few weeks, maybe months...But it felt just so right...
Her petite body, cute face and those lovely emerald eyes. He just wanted to keep her close and protect her from any harm. After all, she suffered so much already...
He knew that he already loved her. That was undisputable. Not just her looks, but also her character, her voice, her laugh...
At first he was worried that Octavia would be angry when she learns about them.
Lately, she started behaving more like a girl instead of a child around him, and honestly, he wasn't sure how it would have escalated if she actually learned human transformation and they never found Miastiti... Would he have been with Octavia now?
It was surprising when she didn't react negatively upon learning of his and Mia's relationship. Instead, she was happy and congratulated them. Konrad was confused though, because for some reason...Her reaction hurt him...
Why? Was he perhaps falling for her already and her lack of reaction caused that pain? Was he expecting jealousy? But it was Octavia! Why would he feel like that? Was that because of how she was behaving lately? Did something change between them and he didn't realize?
Konrad couldn't continue his musing, because there was a sound of the doors to his room opening, and someone walking into his dark bedroom.
He heard the sound of footsteps, as someone walked towards him, before getting onto his bed and straddling his waste. He expected it to be Mia, as she was the only other bipedal around, so he didn't react to her entrance. He was about to ask her what she was here for, but the words of the person shocked him to the core.
"Look Daddy! now I'm a human too, so we can all be together!"

Octavia followed Konrad in her cat form, trying to be as silent as she could.
It was finally time! She was ready, and today she would also become Konrad's girlfriend! Just like sister Mimi!
They soon arrived in front of his bedroom and the Human and Sword duo entered it before closing the door.
She could hear the two talking through the bond, glad that she could actually eavesdrop on the conversation as they didn't try to hide it...well she could hear Konrad's voice but it were only emotions when it came to Laverie.
'...can go and look around the place. I assume you don't really have to sleep so go and have a tour. Just don't go outside of the pillar area outside and don't destroy anything. I'll show you around in more details tomorrow. Oh! and if you really want a place to lay or something I can give you a room or you can stay by my side. Whatever you wish.' Konrad explained to the Sentient Weapon.
Octavia felt the agreement of the Sword through her emotions. Laverie might have been born only a few hours ago, but her Intelligence is already around the level of a teenager and the only thing she lacks is actual knowledge and common sense.
Octavia couldn't continue her musings as the door suddenly opened and the previously mentioned Sword flew out of the room.
She turned towards octavia as if saying hello, but it didn't seem like she was about to hand her over to Konrad as she just turned away from the Slime/Cat and flew towards the entrance.
Octavia sighed in relief. She realized that she wasn't ready to face Konrad as she came to believe. When she was face to face with Laverie, she expected her to alert Konrad and her metaphorical heart stopped beating in fright.
She started to pace in front of the door in worry. the realization that she wasn't as courageous as she thought, only fueled her worry, and she couldn't think of a way how to approach him. 'What if he refuses?! He looked so happy with Mimi! Would i stay as a daughter forever? It was supposed to be simple. I go inside, show him my new form, and we all live happy together forever after!' Her body started to randomly change color from all the emotions racing through her head.
It was a miracle that Konrad didn't feel her distressed emotions through the familiar bond.
She started to breath heavily, something that she could do while transformed, trying to calm her nerves, and she started to slowly return to normal. She was still stressed but now she could think more clearly.
'I need to act quickly and confidently! Daddy needs to know that i won't back out! Maybe I should...' She continued do design a plan of action for another while, until she was finally ready to face Konrad.
Her body changed back into slime that started to rapidly increase in quantity. Then it started to change form. First the slime grew two long tentacles from the bottom and two similar ones at the side of it's body. It wasn't long before the tentacles turned into limbs though and A larger blob started to form a head.
Before long Octavia turned into a human girl!
She was actually quite similar to Miastiti. Her body was petite and her skin was smooth just like the cat girl. It was easy to tell that Octavia based the transformation on her best female friend.
She had a pair of Saphires blue eyes that sparkled just like her slime after her bloodline awakened. Her face was adorned with a tiny cute nose and smooth red lips while a cascade of silver white hair reached almost to her waist.
It took her a lot of hard work and help from Miastiti to perfect this form, but she was satisfied. At first she thought that she should change into a cat girl just like Mia, but she decided that it was not really convenient to do so. Having to form an additional limb in the form of a tail, and then the need to hide the ears when she went out to society were a bother that she had no time to take care of for now...Maybe one day, if Konrad felt like going for a cat girl triangle *Giggle*...
Octavia steeled herself and turned towards the doors, only to remember about something. 'Right clothes! Such a funny concept, but Daddy might react badly if i go in like this, hihi...' She thought.
The girl summoned a black silky dress out of her body. She was still a Slime and her Storage Space was located in her nucleus so she couldn't use it the same way Konrad did.
A minute later, she wore the dress, ready to face Konrad. Everything depended on this one moment. She needed to succeed!..
Octavia pushed open the door and entered the dark room. She could barely see Konrad, laying on the bed, and he was also looking in her direction but she knew that he couldn't recognize her. 'He must be thinking that It's sister Mia, hihi...'
Octavia got onto the bed and straddled his waist. It was the moment of truth!
"Look Daddy. now I'm a human too, so we can all be together..." She whispered lovingly and felt Konrad's body stiffened.
"O-Octavia?...Is that you?" He said shocked, but his hand wandered to her cheek involuntarily. She smiled in her head. It was just like her Konrad to do something like that instead of freaking out.
"Yes. It's me...I finally finished my new transformation. Do you like it? I made it so we could finally be together." She explained as Konrad sat up on the bed. She was now straddling him on his lap with both of her hands on his cheeks returning his gesture.
"I don't see much in this light...but I can tell that you worked hard. Your skin is very smooth and your eyes are beautiful Vi... Wait what do you mean 'together'?" He asked finally registering the last part of what she said.
"Why of course I mean together together like you and Mimi. She already gave me her permission so you don't need to worry Love."
Konrad's heart started to beat faster. What cliche story was this?! Not that he complained but... Damn, there was only one good answer here, right?
"You really took me by surprise Tavy... You know that?..."He weighed his words." Some part of me tells me to refuse, but another one already guessed that we would end up like this one way or another." He sighed resignedly and caressed her cheek lovingly. While he was speaking to her, he summoned a small, dim orb of light to see Octavia better, and he had to admit that she looked breathtaking. There was also a striking resemblance to Miastiti if you ignored the obviously different hair colour, eye colour and ears. Other than that, they were almost like twin sisters...
"So...what do you say?..."Asked Octavia with her voice growing more worried by the second.
Konrad decided to alleviate her fears.
He cupped her chin making her eyes go wide. At first she wanted to outright kiss Konrad upon walking inside the room, but then she decided that it was a bad idea after all. But now their lips were just inches apart and she understood that she was accepted. Konrad accepted her love...
Her eyes closed as their lips met soon after. It was a small, innocent kiss, but it was a kiss that she would never forget...
She didn't know when tears started to fall from her eyes. It was such a foreign feeling to her. A slime had no tear ducts after all.
"Why the tears Tavy?" Asked Konrad as their lips finally parted. He looked at her with love and she couldn't contain her emotions any longer.
She burst into tears and hugged his chest as he wrapped his hands around her.
"I-I was s-so worried...I was scarred that you wouldn't love me anymore! I saw how y-you looked at Miastiti. I was so jealous yet she didn't push me away." She looked At Konrad with tears and a smile, telling Konrad that she wasn't sad but happy instead.
"She helped me Konrad. She helped me to catch your heart when she could have taken you for herself. I loved you so much for a long time...and now I also love her...I'm so... happy...we'll be always... together...." She continued to speak quieter and quieter before coming to a stop as her head landed on his chest.
Octavia fell asleep...
He placed her beside himself and covered her with the blanket.
"I love you Tavy..." He whispered into her ear, and a small smile appeared on her sleeping face.
'What a day indeed...' He thought warmly, as he also fell into slumber right beside her...
