Chapter 2: New Beginning
When Edward woke up. He was inside a forest, sleeping on the ground surrounded by tall trees and various other floras.
"Where am I?" Edward said while trying to make sense of his current situation to no avail.
He was supposed to be a sleep in hospital waiting for his time to end.
Then he suddenly remembered the pain that assaulted him.
Touching all over his body Edward tried to find some kind of wound on his body.
He didn't find anything out of place in his body, and he was still wearing hospital gown and sandals.
Edward confused even further as he realized he can move his legs, that is strange as he is supposed to be a cripple.
"Am I healed but how?" Edward thought as he was more confused than happy at his newfound recovery.
Taking a deep breath Edward tried to calm down and tried to recall his memory.
"I was looking at shooting stars closing my eyes and suddenly a pain suddenly assaulted me then the turnip glowed" Edward started to doubt his memory as it becoming weirder and weirder every time he tries to recall the incident before he came to this forest.
Suddenly, it dawns upon him, This weird situation he was in should have to be what he always read in light novels and manga.
A transmigration to another world

"The status really appeared" Edward said as he read the status that suddenly pop up in his mind.
Edward had a mixed feeling when he saw his status, a part of him excited at the proof of his transmigration but another part of him want to complain at the wacky explanation of his unique skill.
Edward unique skills are great.
Star rebirth allows him to have two more chance of lives even though one already used up, that means he died once and re birthed in his current location. That explain the sudden recovery. It's not that he suddenly recover, but he just died and came alive once again without any ailments.
And Supernova despite being a suicide bomber skill, Star rebirth can compensate for that giving him a trump card that allows him to wipe out numerous enemies.
Star heart is a great skill as it is not only increase his strength but also recover his stamina without any downside.
But divine turnip creation really is pushing his limit.
"It even followed me to another world, how persistent is this thing?".
Edward decided never to use this skill in his heart because he suspected the shape of the turnip created from this skill will be the same as the turnip he last saw and seeing that thing once is enough for him.
"Why is the star heart the freebie and not the Divine turnip creation" Edward said exasperatedly.
Well I won't even take it even if it's free Edward thought.
Once again Edward skills are great (except that turnip creation skill) but he doen't know what to say about his status.
He have no idea if five in strength, ten in defense and seven in dexterity is high or low but if you force him to answer he was pretty sure it's low. Edward is not an athletic person after all. He is more a bookworm type of person.
"And how do I get a job anyway?" Edward said.
Of course nobody answers him as he was all alone in a forest right now.
Done with the inspection of his status, Edward resume his observation of his current location.
This forest giving him a vibe of an ancient forest, the one that have never been touched by humanity.
The forest is overgrown, there is no road only tracks left behind by animals, and a claw mark in one of the trees.
When he looks up, he found out the sun color is red.
"The sun color is red, what about the moon? What color will it be?" Edward said as he shield his eyes from the sun.
Finishing with his inspection Edward came upon the first trouble of the day.
"Where do i go now?" Edward said as the only thing that answer him is silence.
