Chapter 4: Chapter 4- Roles are assigned
Asher sighs as he spoke, " Playtime". A red screen floated in front of him. "Investigator", He read.
Asher POV
Sigh. I'm was happy that I wasn't the murderer but one of them would be. I'm just too scared. Why did I get my friends and myself into this mess? I thought it would be some normal game. Suddenly this hologram with a screen pops up. It read, " Choose one to investigate". I thought hard. Whom should I choose? I guess I would choose sis. I spoke out, "Charlotte". Suddenly the hologram disappeared and a red screen popped up again and it read 'glitcher '. So she was able to glitch through the walls when chased by a murderer and can tell the sherif about it.
Author POV
Asher ran down straight till the aisle and then took a right turn. Amidst that let's go to what Delilah or let's say Delia was doing. She spoke the code playtime and like Asher, a red screen popped up that said Murderer. Delia was horrified. She was the murderer. She read out her role, " Your goal is to kill everyone without getting killed by the sheriff". So she had to kill her own best friends. But for the sake of their lives and safety, she agreed the role. She saw at her arms. She was holding a sharp knife. And there were even more of them, in her pockets.
Delia POV
So here we go. I'm the murderer. I need to do this but my hands are trembling. I can't do this but I have to. No matter what. Besties, Here I come.
Author POV
After that Delia ran out of her room and went in another room and locked herself. She just needed some time to gather herself up for what she was going to do. Till then lets know how Charlotte reacts to her role.
Charlotte had this big red screen in front of her eyes. She was stunned as well as terrified. She was having no weapons but this power to herself.
Charlotte POV
Yay! I can glitch trough the walls. I always wanted to do that and now I will be able to. But I still need to protect myself from the murderer or else nobody will ever be able to know who the murderer is. So I am a benefit for the sheriff. Let's go!
