Chapter 13: Reunited

"What's your problem?!" Aizawa shouted,

"I didn't do anything wrong," All Might replied.

"So you tell a kid that he can't be a hero, forget his face, and then now he's the top vigilante and one of the most wanted in our city. Nothing wrong there," Aizawa said sarcastically.

"So what if I told him that! He couldn't be a hero, and this has proven it," All Might retaliated.

"But he can be a hero. Look at all that he has done, and he's just 15. He's done more than any hero ever could have done. And now, he's more of a hero than you are, no thanks to you!" Aizawa yelled as he walked away.

Izuku was walking Momo to school as usual. He was the overprotective type. He didn't want anything to happen to her. Five meters away from the school, Momo said to Izuku, "I think you should consider Eraser-Head's offer. It could help our group,"

"No! I'm not taking help from any rotten heroes. All they're after is the tech I made. I don't care," Izuku replied.

"You're right. It was stupid of me to ask that."

Momo looked ashamed of herself. She knew of Izuku's past with heroes and still tried to convince him to work with one. Izuku put an arm around her and had a reassuring smile to tell her that it was okay. He knew that she would only bring it up in his best interest.

Momo arrived at UA, and Izuku was finally about to go back when he heard a shout. It was from a young kid. He ran in the direction of the scream and watched in horror as kids with quirks were beating him up because he didn't have one. It reminded him of Bakugo. He would always oppress him because of something he couldn't control. Izuku scared off the kids and went to the hurt one. They talked for a bit, and Izuku asked a weird question: "Do you want a quirk?"

The kid looked afraid but delighted at the same time. "Yes, please, sir," He replied.

"I could give one to you, but it may not work. Are you still willing to do it?"

"Yes,"

Izuku injected him with the same serum and reversed time on his quirk factor. "It will take some time to kick in, so sit tight," Izuku said with a smile.

He walked away with a grin on his face because he was happy to have helped others. Izuku hadn't gotten a quirk. Well, he wasn't sure. Nothing had happened to him, so he didn't think it worked.

Izuku was going home when he saw a sight he hadn't seen in months. He was astonished. He was petrified, maybe. He saw his old master. The Hero Killer. Stain. He drew his Stain swords, powered up his anti-gravity shoes, and wore his gauntlet, making sure to connect the gauntlet to the swords. Izuku had the element of surprise. Izuku attacked. Stain sensed the bloodlust and dodged. He didn't recognize Izuku, so he thought that he was an enemy hero. Izuku drew his power amplifying sword and hit three times. As power increased, the sword Stain was using went down. He grabbed his paralyzing sword and cut Stain in a vein so that he had one minute of paralyzation.

"I don't know you. Who are you, hero?" Stain inquired.

"You don't recognize me, master?" Izuku said, pulling his mask off.

Stain looked dumbfounded. He never thought he would see Izuku around UA.

"Boy?" Stain called.

"You abandoned me. You drew your blade at me. You almost killed me. But you didn't,"

Izuku acted as if their fight never happened. But he got serious.

"Stain, not all heroes are bad. even if they are, you don't have to kill." Izuku proposed.

"I thought we agreed to disagree," Stain replied.

"Don't kill. Please," A tear rolled down Izuku's face. He seemed sincere because he didn't want Stain to be so violent. Stain saw his face and said.

"You're my student, so I can't stand to see you like this. I won't kill on one condition,"

"What?"

"Let me join your little vigilante group,"

"Consider it done,"

Izuku was finally arriving at home. Momo met him there. In the time it took him to get back, Momo already finished school and arrived at his house an hour before he did. When Izuku walked in, Momo was scared, and Neri was protective.

"That's... The Hero Killer," Momo said.

"He's the one you had a big fight with," Neri said.

"Izuku, you know him?" Momo said. "I thought you were a good guy."

"Don't worry. Stain's my old mentor. And he's good now," Izuku reassured. "He taught me how to fight. He made me The White Ghost,"

They eased up.

"Kid, is this your girl?" Stain asked.

"Yeah. So what?" Izuku replied.

"Nothing"

Izuku showed Stain around the hideout and introduced him to everyone. It seemed Stain took a liking to Neri. Stain started to train Neri the same way he taught Izuku: through a sneak attack. Neri couldn't get a lot of sleep. But Izuku was still happy his master was on his team.

Izuku went on patrol, and nothing weird happened. But the next day, Momo told Izuku she was going to the USJ(Unforeseen Simulation Joint) as a class trip.

Izuku had watched Momo in UA for the first week, making sure to always keep stealthy. Izuku didn't want anyone he knew to get hurt, which was the reason he was watching them. Izuku also learned new things from watching UA and had become a better hero. It was night again, and Izuku went on patrol. But something weird happened. All the thugs were already defeated. Soon, Izuku spotted Aizawa. As he was about to stealthily retreat, Aizawa saw him too.

"White Ghost, I've been looking for you," Aizawa tied him up. "I just want to talk. I don't want to hurt you. I just want you to join me and help protect the city,"

Aizawa turned around when he heard an explosion. Izuku's suit was fireproof so he wouldn't die. He heard Aizawa and escaped.
