Chapter 88: Karate Chop!
Lu Chenjun looked at Elena and frowned, "Okay, I will be there."

After returning home to change clothes, Elena arrived at the Xinjiu Bar by herself. Mila said she had an important television show to watch, so she didn't go with Elena.
Elena pushed the door open into the loud, dark building and walked in. Inside, there was another door leading to a separate section inside the bar.
All of the VIP rooms were inside this section. This place was bright and clean, and it wasn't noisy as each room was separate and private.
Elena pushed open the heavy door leading to the VIP section and she immediately saw Zhao Liruo pacing nervously around with her phone in her hand.
"Liruo?"
Zhao Liruo whipped her head around and smiled at the sight of Jin Yinghui.
"Hello, Yinghui. Director Liu told me to come out here and lead you to the room."
Elena nodded and followed behind Zhao Liruo as they walked down a long hallway. They stopped in front of a huge door with a golden frame and Zhao Liruo knocked once.
Elena placed one hand on Zhao Liruo's shoulder and said, "Didn't Director Liu say it was room number three? Why are we at room seven?"
Zhao Liruo's eyes darted up towards the number seven above the door and she said with a smile, "Something came up and we moved to room number seven. That is why Director Liu had me come out to escort you."
Elena smiled softly and said, "Wait one second. You can go in first, I have to send a message to someone."
Zhao Liruo nervously cleared her throat and said, "It's okay, I can wait for you."
Elena nodded and pulled out her phone. She took a step backward, keeping a distance from Zhao Liruo.
She opened up messages and texted Lu Chenjun, 'Are you here yet?'
A second later, Lu Chenjun responded. 'Not yet. I'm almost there.'
'Okay, when you arrive, text me what room you go to.'
Lu Chenjun slightly frowned in the car and typed, 'Why?'
'Nothing.' Elena closed her phone and smiled at Zhao Liruo, "Let's go."
Zhao Liruo pushed the door open and Elena walked in. Once she stepped into the room, she immediately turned around to leave. However, Zhao Liruo had already locked the door with a key and placed it back into her bag.
Inside the room sat three old and plump men. Elena immediately noticed the desire in their eyes and she sensed something was wrong.
"Zhao Liruo, what are you doing?" Elena narrowed her eyes.
Zhao Liruo walked past Elena and sat down on the edge of the couch, "I'm sorry, Jin Yinghui."
One of the men stood up and walked over to Elena. She subconsciously stepped back and placed her hand on the doorknob, trying to turn it.
"What a pretty woman. . . she is worth the money." The man began unbuckling his belt and Elena's eyes widened.
"Wait!" Elena screamed as she held one hand up.
Zhao Liruo picked up a glass of red wine and looked up at Elena.
"At least let me know why you are doing this."
Zhao Liruo knit her eyebrows together and took a sip of the wine. She looked up apologetically at Elena and said, "Don't blame me. I didn't want to do this. You can only blame yourself for offending Director Liu. I am only a small actress and I had to work hard to get this role. Director Liu told me that if I don't do this, I will get replaced. I can't offend Director Liu and I can't lose this job."
Elena rolled her eyes impatiently and glared at Zhao Liruo. Why was everyone so evil these days?
The man kept moving closer and began taking off his pants. Elena's mouth twitched in disgust and she stretched out her leg, kicking the man directly in the stomach.
She was wearing three-inch heels, so her kick didn't have as much power as it would if she weren't wearing them. However, the shoe material did make the attack hurt more than if she had only used her feet.
The man lost his balance and stumbled back a few steps. His baggy pants fell down to the floor and his huge legs became bare.
Elena looked away and scrunched up her face in disgust.
"Stupid woman! How dare you kick me? You don't want me to be nice, do you?"
Elena lifted her leg up and took off her heels; they were a burden when fighting. The other two men also stood up and began walking over to Elena.
Elena calmly turned around and tried turning the doorknob. The only way to open the door was with a key.
She looked back and realized that all of the men had taken off their pants. Disgusting!
Two men began walking towards her and she looked at the shoes in her hands. Without hesitating, she chucked one of her heels at the two men. The sharp edge of the heel hit the forehead of one man, and he immediately screamed in pain.
Elena scoffed and murmured, "Ouch. That must hurt."
Elena began pulling out her phone but the man seemed to have recovered from the pain and the shock. He charged towards Elena with one arm up and Elena dramatically jumped up in surprise.
With one swift dodge, Elena avoided the punch. However, the man didn't react quickly enough, and his punch landed on the hard door, causing him to immediately scream in pain again.
Elena shook her head and sighed. At least her karate lessons in Japan haven't gone to waste. At this time, the other man also became frustrated.
He smirked and said, "You've got an attitude, but you will regret it."
He was less heavy than the other person and his steps were faster as he lifted his leg up for a kick. With one push, Elena blocked the kick with her arm and the man stumbled to the side.
Elena was busy massaging her arm and she didn't see another one coming at her. The man who got hit by the high heel charged at her again and grabbed her shirt.
Elena's eyes widened in shock and she tried to push him away. However, he was much stronger than her and he was able to grab onto her. Elena's shirt ripped and his grip changed to her arm.
Elena screamed and threw a glance at Zhao Liruo.
Zhao Liruo was amazed at Elena's confidence and self-defense skill. What was she going to tell Director Liu? Jin Yinghui injured the three heavy guys?
Elena resorted to the most useful method of self-defense. She began flinging her arms around crazily, trying to hit the man grabbing her. With his free hand, the man began unbuttoning his shirt.
Elena began kicking her legs too, and one out of every few kicks landed on him.
The man pressed her onto the cold floor and began taking off his shirt. Elena clenched her teeth together and kicked her leg out with as much force as she could.
Her feet landed on his groin and he immediately let her go. He fell backward and screamed in pain as he held his private part in his hands.
Elena gasped for air and laid motionless on the ground without energy. Suddenly, the door burst open and Elena forced herself to bring her head up.
Please, she can't fight anymore. The original hopelessness disappeared and her eyes lit up when she saw Lu Chenjun!
