Chapter 4: Accepting the facts
"Damn it! Why is it him again?" I hit my fist off the table "What do you mean?" Liv asks so I fill them in and tell them he was the man at the restaurant "No way!" Feifei jumps at the juicy gossip "So you are telling me that rude man at the restaurant was THE Zhang Jaehyun!?" Liv almost faints "Yes and now I need to work for him after thinking the time he came to the dorm was the last time I would see him, argh!" I flop onto a chair " Wait, when was he at our dorm!?" Jas catches on and I fill them in again after which Feifei actually does faint dramatically onto her bed "Well maybe I can just refuse the offer right?" " You will do no such thing, this is a once in a lifetime chance to work at one of the most successful companies there is today." Jas scolds "You're right but I really don't want to work for him." I complain "You will go and you will love it, he won't be near you anyway he's at the top and no offence but you'll be at the bottom." She firmly stares me down "I wouldn't mind being at the bottom of him." Feifei adds when Liv agrees "Me too." Me and Jas just stare at these crude girls and we all burst into laughter.
Man Consult Inc, The Devils second lair aka his office *knock knock* "Come in." "Boss I have the results from the test the business students took." Leemin walks over "Show me." Jae takes the iPad and smirks as soon as he looks at the screen "Well look what we have here." Leemin looks flabbergasted at the boss, did he just smirk? No way I must be seeing things he composes himself "Sir if you are happy with the candidates then I will inform the school and gather their contact information, when would you like them to start?" "Next Monday will be fine." "Yes sir."
The next day, in the University classroom, "Ok students so you all know about the test you took, what you don't know is that the top 3 scorers of said test gets the opportunity to become an intern at Man Consult Inc." The Class"What? no way!" "That's right Sapphire, Arron and a student from the other class Will start their internship on Monday straight after class and will spend around 3 days a week working evenings there." "How is this fair, what about us?" A sulky girl whined "You should of done better on the test then, oh and since you will be interning I won't be so harsh on you with attending the evening classes as you might not be able to, just make sure to complete the work online ok?" "Yes sir." Me and Arron say in unison. It would be helpful if this kid would stop glaring at me with his evil little smile. Ha he thinks he is better than me soo pompous. "They even don't have to go to evening classes ah I'm so jealous!" Another student moans " Suck it up you would have had the chance to if your grades were better mr last place." The teacher scolds. He is my new favourite I think I'll call this teacher Sir Savage from now on he mocks the students so well.
At the end of class we go back to the dorm, "Ok girls it's a Friday night, what's our plan?" Liv asks as soon as we walk through the door "hmmmm oh I know, movie night!" Feifei goes for the laptop, "Nuhuh, we do that every Friday." Liv snaps the laptop lid over, "I think it's time to hit the club what do you think Xinxin?" Liv looks at me with expecting eyes "But we don't have our caretaker Jas." Feifei sulks "We are adults, we can take care of ourselves." Liv assures as she flings dresses galore at us "Fine just for tonight." Feifei says holding a cute blue dress "I suppose.." I add "Let's get ready then!" Liv squeals with joy, "You were planning this the whole day weren't you?" I say narrowing my eyes at her "Yup and there ain't nothing you can do to stop me." She retorts while trying on a pair of extra high heels "Tonight I'm on the look out for someone." She says under her breath "What was that Liv?" Feifei tilts her head from the bathroom door, "Nothing!." "If you say so."
We finish getting dressed and take a look in the full length mirror "Who are these gorgeous beauties?" Liv admires us while posing. She is wearing a tight fit red dress that shows off her slim figure paired with golden heels and gold accessories with her hair down and straight covering her back, "Look our little Feifei is all grown up!" She exclaims, and she's right Feifei has on a black sequin play suit that pulls her in at the waist paired with black heels and a silver necklace with her hair up in a curled pony tale showing of her neck. "And who is this?,it's not our Xinxin is it?" I am in a loose at the top but tight on the bottom dress that's pattered with cut off shoulders and long sleeves. I also am wearing black heels and only a bracelet for accessories with my hair flowing down over my shoulders, "We look Great!" Liv squeals. We take some pictures together and head out to the club.
