Chapter 7: Chapter 7: The Past Month
Damian was still asleep when he heard Savina saying ' Damian, Damian! I recommend waking up now.'
Hearing this Damian groaned. It has been one month until Damian checked his Pervert title. Dorian remembered when he checked both his inventory and quests. In the invenory the only things that were there were the things he got from his starter pack except for the Artifact Upgrade which he used on the Gate of Babylon. It gave the Gate the ability to fuse weapons of the same category together, eg. longsword with longsword, and get their combined abilities into one weapon. The downside to this is it requires a monsterous amount of mana, but he could also do it slowly instead of all at once.

The way inventory was set up was similar to a game. There was a total of 10 slots and each slot could currently hold 99 of the same item unless it was money. He could hold an unlimited amount of that for some reason. He could upgrade both the capacity and number of slots. He also found out, from asking Savina, that he could store anything non-organic in there not just items he got from the system. After he had looked through the inventory he moved on to the quests.

The way the quests were set up was different from other Systems. It was seperated into Basic, Intermediate, Legendary, Mythical, Special, and Emergency Quests. Basic Quests would be something, well ummm basic, for example
<Cook for Your Family> (Show off your amazing cooking skills and cook for your family.)
Completion Requirements: ◾Cook a delicious meal for your family
Failure Requirements: ◾Your cooking sucks
Rewards: ◾20 SP ◾Your family will never doubt your cooking ability
Penalty: ◾Your family will never trust you to cook again
Intermediate quests works the same except for its harder for example <Do Saitama's training regimen in a day>. Of course with a higher difficulty there is better rewards. For some reason however these quests do not give a lottery ticket. As for legendary quests , they are connected to minor events of the main storyline. Like <Tell Koneko the truth about her sister> or <Help Akeno Himejima forgive her father>. These come mainly with an increase in reputation with the person or people you are helping. Mythical Quests are connected to the main events of the storyline. These are very difficult to complete if you aren't careful. For example he may get a quest like <Help the underworld defeat Loki> or <Defeat Kokabiel>. Completing these quests will give him massive rewards like a decent bloodline or power. Then there are Special Quests. These can be really dangerous or really easy to do, you can only activate them under certain conditions. Finally there are the Emergency Quests. These will only activate if he's in danger or if his loved ones are in danger. The rewards for these vary depending on the situation. For example if one of his loved one's was injured during the quest it will give him something to heal them. Of course due to the specifications of him placing on the system he won't be punished by the system for not completing quests however there are certain quests will have consequences. For example getting a quest that says <Save Koneko> and not completing it won't have any punishments given by the system, however she may end up dead or assaulted.
Since then he has completed numerous quests like <Kick your mothers stomach>. He has also been practicing his skill [Perfect Mind] which he got from God. So far he has gotten it it to level 11. So far, from what he could tell, every level gave him an increase in thinking speed and every 5 levels gave him another passive ability. At level 5 he got [Photographic Memory], which gave him the ability to perfectly remember anything he sees, and at level 10 he got [Stragegic Thinking] which increases his ability to make strategies.
One thing that bothered him was the fact that he couldn't buy a bloodline or powers. When he tried to Savina immediately stopped him saying 'If you buy them now there is no telling how it might affect your brother and mother but it will definitely harm them.' Damian was very confused so he asked 'How would my bloodline and powers affect them negatively.' Savina told him 'Damian because the bloodlines and powers you can get currently are not available in this world it will cause the world to reject both your mother and brother. You are protected by the system but they are not.' Damian was bitter that he couldn't get powers but he loved both of them no matter how perverted his mother is or how annoying his brother is. The thing that bothered him the most was the fact that his damn brother Issei somehow kept on bumping into him. Whenever he tried to focus on using his [Perfect Mind] technique the bastard kept on bumping into him. He couldn't get much sleep or anything because baby Issei kept on hitting him.
After grumbling to himself about the fact he regrets being born the twin of Issei he hissed at Savina 'Why did you wake me up, I was just having a good nap. The first one I had since I've been hear thanks to by stupid brother.' Well Damian' Savina drawled 'I was waking you up to let you know that your mother is in labor right now and you're about to be born.' The first thing that went through Damian's mind is 'Why the hell are we being born earlier than normal!?' Then horror dawned on Damian's face as he looked around. It was the worst situation possible! Based on their positions his idiotic brother would be born first! 'Dammit motherfucker, there's no way I'm letting Issei be the older brother that would completely ruin my reputation with all the loli's especially Koneko! What would she think of me if I'm the younger brother of a pervert like Issei!? Would she think I'm a pervert too!?' As these horrific thoughts were bouncing around Damian's head he tried his best to move his way towards the only source of light. The light was getting closer and closer but his brother was still ahead of him! Mustering the last of his strength he flew past Issei as he put his head into the light. Meanwhile Savina was in Damian's mindscape rolling around laughing at him
