Chapter 50: Sin 50: A coincidental encounter

Finally the dark night covered the sky and the stars adorned the darkness as if they were the brightest pearls of existence.

Far away from the bustling and bustling city of Kuoh was the mountains accompanied with the dense forest, in the middle of that forest was a small wasteland, that small space had had the trees uprooted from the roots and now had a small training area.

Even in the darkness of the night a small slender figure could be seen moving back and forth at high speed, only the red hair of the figure could be noticed from afar.

Haru had been training continuously since he left home so right now his body was close to the limit, all his muscles looked more swollen than normal and his skin had turned red

"Fi...nally, it's finally over" the smile plastered on Haruta's face would have made anyone with sound judgment and who valued their life recoil, it was the first time Haru had shown an expression of ecstasy since he had arrived in this new world.

In front of the weary Haru several rocks had either been destroyed or else only had large holes in their center.

"With this my battle power must have increased by several levels, now even if I face a mid-ranked fallen angel I should be able to kill it with a single blow and high class demons should only take a little effort" Haru reviewed his enemies and allies remembering every time he fought against them or else just watched them fight, recognizing the strength of each individual is something Haru does not let go and this is mainly because he transforms those individuals into goals for the future, goals he must go through by himself.

Haru gathered his belongings, ready to go home and rest, as usual he kept his byakugan active at all times to avoid any enemy ambush, he didn't want the fallen angels event to happen again.

Haru's vision swept all around him leaving only one degree as a blind spot as sending chakra at that point continuously ends up depleting his chakra reserves for no reason.

Far off in the distance, near the lake that was in the same forest as Haru a figure could be found but no trace of civilization, a person in the middle of nowhere and in the middle of a dark forest.

Haru's curiosity soon began to become visible and the redhead's chain of thought wavered, go straight back home or explore what he supposed to be in that place, two options for only one person, if he was in a visual novel Haru could easily leave a save file in case of any trouble but right now it was his real life, his second chance to live everything he didn't do in his first life, this time Haru won't leave loose ends, he didn't plan to be Lucas again, this time he is Haru Yoichi a fearless shinobi.

After clearing his mind Haru jumped through the trees keeping as much stealth as possible forgetting the possibility of sending a clone of himself to explore.

By the time Haru reached the lake only a few minutes had passed, the byakugan scanned all the surroundings finding no apparent threat but drawing Haru's attention more to the individual in the lake, all the way Haru hadn't taken his eyes off him waiting for his actions but all he did was sit on the edge of the lake.

"It's a woman" Haru stopped dead in his tracks on the branch of a tree "why is it always women, since all these abnormal events started I only encountered a handful of men" the red head counted on the fingers of his hands at least those he remembered the names of.

"Show yourself stalker!"

Haru snapped out of his thoughts when he heard the female voice, thanks to the byakugan he could notice that the woman had stood up and was looking straight at him "Shit my position was discovered, ahhh why do I always end up the same way, damn it Haru I always waste my time on useless things."

"Show yourself or I'll have to take you out by force!"

Haru widened his eyes again as he saw the fluctuation of the energy inside the woman, never before had he seen such a quantity of energy and such a quality of it, on the other hand the color of the energy in the woman told the red-haired man impressed. White, the internal energy running through the woman's body was white in color.

"Don't say later that I didn't warn you!" the woman extends her hands towards Haru's position making Haru's senses startled to alert his whole body to take action.

"Wait!" the low cry from Haru caused the woman to stop momentarily, soon Haru descended from the tree in one leap remaining a few feet away from the woman "I am not your enemy" Haru raised his hands in symbol of surrender indicating that he had no intention of fighting.

'I never thought I would say such a cliché phrase in my life or well in my lives.'

"A human, are you a human?" The woman looked at Haru in dismay she stared at him for a few seconds before opening her mouth again "It's impossible for you to be a human, you have an immense amount of pure energy emanating from your body."

Haru let out a proud smile as she fixed her hair to the side "Of course I'm just a human, an ordinary human with nothing specific.... yes, I'm not an ordinary human" Haru's proud and vain expression was immediately erased after remembering that she was now a jinchuriki.

The woman laughed seeing Haru's reaction "You're certainly not an ordinary human but I can't see you being someone evil either, you're just a peculiar human."

"Peculiar? Peculiar for weird or peculiar for freak?" Haru listened to the woman's comment.

"Just peculiar" the woman replied leaning towards Haru with her hands behind her, the wind blew rocking the long blonde hair and the moon shone brightly revealing the young woman's beautiful face.

Even for Haru who rubbed shoulders with beautiful women on a daily basis he couldn't help but have a slight blush on his cheeks stepping back a step unconsciously.
