Chapter 36: Bumping Into Someone
Anna has arrived at City D University and her father of course made sure she was in good hands and will be well taken care of.
When she arrived at the university she was received by the university's chancellor and he himself show her around the university.
This of course caused a lot of attention from other students.

Anna is on her way to the cafeteria when she bumped into someone.
"Oh no, am sorry!" she apologized to the person she bumped into.
how can she be so unlucky today, on her first day she already hurt someone because of her clumsiness.
"It's okay am alright anyways." the girl assured her.
"Am sorry, am very clumsy sometimes you see… are you sure you are alright?" she asked the girl.
Anna made a mental note to be careful with her surroundings and how she walks from now on.
Just because the girl isn't hurt today because of her, doesn't mean that she might not hurt someone if this happens again
"Don't worry am fine pretty." The girl said
Anna exhaled after hearing what the girl said. thank God she is alright.
She thanked God the girl isn't a temperamental one or else she won't have let her go so easily. because the way she bumped into her earlier wasn't just a simple one.
That's why she kept asking if the girl was alright.
"New here?" the girl asked
"Yes am new, just started today," Anna answered her
"Wow I too am new… we also just start attending this university today with my sister Ivy and our two friends." The girl said.
"Oh! That's nice." Anna commented after hearing the girl's words.
"What is nice… the fact that we are here with our friends?" the girl asked when she didn't understand what Anna mean.
"I mean having friends; it's nice because you guys will share everything together, your fantasies about life and everything else," Anna explained.
"Why? Don't you have any friends?" the girl asked.
"Of course I did and her name is Jennifer, Leo and I call her Jen," Anna said and her earlier expression turns sour when she remembers Leo.
"And your brother because your expression changed earlier when you said his name." the girl said and asked Anna curiously.
"He…he passed away." Anna sadly answered.
"Oh no! am sorry for reminding you of his death." The girl apologizes sincerely to Anna because she had no idea Leo was dead.
"It's okay, don't worry am alright," Anna reassured her when she saw the guilt in the girl's eyes.
The girl sighed, thank God Anna is alright and didn't take it too much. if she have had an idea about her brother's demise then she would have never asked about him.
She just made someone who just lost a brother and is trying hard to cope with her loss sadder than she is already.
'You are the worst ever Pearl' the girl inward lectured herself.
"Hmmm." The girl hummed in response while smiling. she is glad the girl is alright.
"And we kept on charting without even asking each other's name," Anna said in other to change the topic.
"Ahhh… Yes, you are right." The girl said.
"Hmmm, my name is Anna Wilton Smith, and you?" Anna said and asked the girl of her name.
"Am Pearl Lennox." The girl said her name.
"But you can call me Pearla." She added
"Nice meeting you Pearl," Anna said as she smiles at Pearl.
"Likewise Anna," Pearl said while smiling back at Anna.
"It looks like you are going to the cafeteria, Anna?" Pearl asked
"Yes I am," Anna replied to her with a timid added smile.
"Then let's go, I will introduce you to my sister and friends," Pearl said to Anna as she smiles.
She likes Anna, that's why she wants to introduce her to the girls.
"Me?" Anna asked confused.
"But why?" Anna added.
When Pearl heard Anna's question, "Don't worry, I am not going to kidnap you, Anna," she said jokingly.
"Oh no, I didn't mean it like that... I just was wondering why you want me to meet your friends that's all," Anna protested and said to Pearl.
Pearl laughed at Anna's words, "Of course, I know silly, I was just pulling your leg."
Anna shook her head and smiled at the crazy girl in front of her.
