Chapter 2: The City Walls
As Daemon exits 13th Elder's realm, he realise he wasn't far into the forest that he ran into, he can even still see the city walls from where he exited the realm.
When Daemon was about to start walking back into the city, he quickly thought to himself " I better mark the area so I can remember where this place is so I get back to 13th elder".
So Daemon quickly pick up a rock and etched crosses into the nearby trees, and place the rock where he appeared from.
After this Daemon exited the forest, he was a bit cautious leaving the forest if that terror bird was still around but Daemon didn't even see any signs of it begin here, or the two boys that lead him here. Though Daemon didn't really care about it, he carry on.
Some time after ...
Daemon arrives at the city gate and as he looks up and he sees the city's sign.
" Golden Roc City" ( Daemon thoughts" I can't believe this city was founded by a legendary monster tamer named Tamawari Koh and named the city after his Golden Roc.... I wish I was monster tamer.)
After Daemon enters the city. there was two people glaring at Daemon from afar. it was the two boys from before and they were surprised that Daemon make it back so quickly. But suddenly a fearful voice came behind the two boys,
" what the hell do you scums even do!, he doesn't have a scratch on him, i gave you 10 silver coins and this how you treat the great Shen family of Golden Roc City, I should kill you both where you stand!).
The two quickly kowtow and say "we spent the 10 silver to hire a monster tamer to help scare him into the forest so he could get lost and hopefully get killed and eating by monsters."
They look up and see a tall muscular teen stand above them and his name is Oroku Shen.
Oroku smirks and grabs the two by the throat whispers to them
" that actually not bad plan, shame." He throw the two aside and rushes towards Daemon and yells
" Oi Wandee trash come here" as Daemon turn around then Oroku grabs Daemon by the throat, ( Oroku loves throats grabs ;) ).
Oroku,
"Now now Wandee weakest see those two scum over there," as he says this he pulls Daemon extra close and point to the two boys. " they spent 10 silver coins of mine to hire a tamer to scare you into the forest, is this true?)
Daemon,
Trying his hardest to reply while struggling to breathe "yes"
Oroku,
"Geez!( as he said this Oroku put his hand toward his eyes and squinted(classic cliche)) ,look those two actually tried there best to politely get rid of you and this how you treat them, how DISRESPECTFUL!!!, not even a scratch on you" Oroku put his mouth close to Deamon's ear and whispers " now someone got to take responsibility for this...
and I hope you can be a man about this". Oroku throw daemon on to the ground and precedes to beat him down until Daemon loosing consciousness.
After the beat down Oroku gets up and brushes the dust off him and walk away saying "this for 10 silvers, worth it".
