Neruf was an ancient underground City that was right below the Halu kingdom Capital City, there was 2 ways to reach the ancient City one was by using a teleportation formation that instantly took you to Naruf main entrance the other was a little more problematic, by entering the kingdom Capital Catacombs and fighting through hundreds of skeletons to reach the Crypt of Kings there are 7 undead kings constantly patrolling the crypt, under the first king coffin is a secret passage that leads to Neruf doors.

Old man Razor led Cyra towards his Residence while they were talking he also talked about the more important factors inside the City such as killing was legal as long as it was un noticed by the city guards, this way the City could stay practically safe.
Razor had to leave to take care of something's so Cyra was left alone, she decided to look for the ingredients of her eyes, she wrote all down on a paper and headed towards the auction house, it was buzzing with life, unlike in Dragon City the employees had 0 arrogance when dealing with consumers, they couldn't risk to offend the unknown.
