Chapter 2: Surprise Visitors
He frowned as I noticed the rest of the students on the roof were tuned in and watching us.
"You're the one that was born from a male Omega?"
My jaw clenched and I fought not to frown, "yeah, that would be me."
A sudden smirk came to his face that surprised me. "You're pretty strong to admit that outright."
"There's nothing to be ashamed about, so why hide it?"
The guy walked over and sat directly beside me with a bigger grin. He extended his hand and I shook it. "I'm Aaron."
"Calvin," I said with a slight nod. "You can call me Cal."
I was pleased when the rest of the students came over and created a semicircle around us. "I'm Luca...you should eat," the male Alpha said with a kind smile as he handed me a bag of chips.
I took it with a smile, "thanks. I forgot to grab something this morning."
"First day jitters, I'm sure." The tall female Alpha stated, "I'm Olivia."
"I'm Kensi. I sit two rows up from you in class."
I froze when Aaron suddenly touched my chest. His hands wrapped around my tie and loosened it gently. "They won't kill ya'll for altering the uniform a bit."
Olivia snickered, "I bet you look a lot hotter outside of a uniform."
I chuckled, "it's my first time wearing a uniform."
"You're last school didn't have 'em?"
I nodded to Luca, "there was just a really easy dress code." I began eating the chips and listened as the group talked about things going on. I got up when the bell rang and followed the group back to the main hallway. I was surprised when Olivia took my hand to lead me along and Aaron walked with us.
When we got to the room door, Aaron suddenly kissed my cheek before smiling and walking off. Olivia sighed, "you need to be careful, Cal. Just about every Beta in the school, and even some of the Alphas, have a thing for Aaron." She pulled on my arm and gave me a mischievous smile, "but you're the first in a while that's caught his interest."
I hesitated to respond as I heard rushing feet coming down the nearly empty hallway. Aaron looked back in surprise as Ava latched onto my side. She slid her hands under my arms and pulled me against her. I noticed how shocked Aaron and Olivia looked as Ava nuzzled against me.
"I've been looking for you!" She said in a sigh before pulling her head off my chest and looking to me. "Ignore that jerk, Calvin."
I smiled to her and brushed some hair out of her face, "thank you, Ava."
"Gotta go. Let's walk home together after school." I nodded before watching as she went over to Aaron and they walked together to another room. Olivia pulled me into our and I went to sit beside Liam. He glanced at me, but never said a word.
I was distracted from our lesson when he suddenly slid his notebook over to me.
'Give it a few days and everyone will get over what Grayson blabbed.'
I smiled as he gave me a side glance. He pulled his notebook back to his space and we were both quiet for the rest of the time.
When the bell rang, I was surprised how quickly Olivia races over to get me. She gave me a kind smile, "glad to be done with your first day?"
I chuckled, "thank goodness."
"What the hell?" A boy nearby said as he looked out the large windows of the room.
"Is that kid looking to get attacked?!" A girl near him gasped.
The teacher suddenly raced to the door area and picked up a phone on the wall. He began quickly talking into it and I looked to Olivia in confusion as her eyes grew large.
"What's going on?"
"There's an Omega..."
My heart raced, "what's the quickest way outta here?"
She looked to me curiously, but Liam responded first. "The stairwell towards the other Beta classroom."
I grabbed my bag, "what're you doing?!"
I ignored her and rushed out of the room. I raced down the hall and ignored Ava and Aaron as they tried to reach me when I made it to their classroom door. I jumped down multiple stairs at a time until I got to the front door and ran out.
A few students were already outside and gawked at the three people standing at the school entrance. I sprinted over and didn't even stop to allow for my presence to be recognized.
I tackled the small male into my embrace and pulled his feet off the ground. It took him no time to react and cling to me.
He wrapped his arms around my neck and raced to plant his lips on mine. He began tearing up as I kissed him back and he intertwined our tongues while letting out small moans. My mind became foggy as he squeezed the shoulders of my coat in his hands, desperate to stay in my arms. I sucked on his tongue to make him tremble and kiss me more agressively.
"You're causing quite a scene, love birds." Zack said in a chuckle and Jenny snickered at his side.
"What are you three doing here?" I asked as I finally got my lips away from him and he nuzzled into the crook of my neck.
"It took both of us to keep Ty away until your classes ended."
He kissed my cheek before locking his teary eyes on mine, "I missed you so bad!"
I smiled as my heart swelled, "I missed you too, Ty." He rushed to kiss me again, but we both stopped when someone came over to us. I looked back to see Kensi standing close with a surprised look on her face.
"What're you doing Cal? He's an Omega."
Ty frowned as his arms around my neck squeezed slightly, "I'm his boyfriend."
"Boyfriend?!" Ava gasped and my gaze dropped. She came closer and Ty pulled us completely against each other.
"Who're you?"
Ava looked to me in surprise and I sighed as my happiness faded from my face, "Ty, this is my step-sister, Ava."
Ty gave me a sad glance, "don't make that face." He smiled slightly, "it makes me want to kidnap you and keep you all to myself." I chuckled before setting his feet back on the ground. Ty stood on the tips of his toes and refused to loosen his grip.
"Let's head out, Cal." I nodded to Jenny as Ty let go of my neck and took my hand. We all paused when my other hand was grabbed and I was surprised to see Aaron looking to me and then to Ty with anger.
