Chapter 15: Face slapping
Meera after buying clothes buy some necessities, and then decided to buy some jewelry for both of her children, thinking this she made her way towards the goldsmith, while she is going she inquire she meet someone which she doesn't want to meet, it is none other than her stepmother Sarita and Nikita with her younger stepsister Nakshatra, with another lady, seeing her with children, Nikita remember what her mother said, she tells her that Meera sleeps with someone give birth to bastards, she smile after seeing them isn't Meera's mom call them bastards now it is her turn, but no in presence of so many people, she can't say that, and for now they needed the land which Meera own so after sometime when they get the land they will teach her a lesson.
"Ohh, Meera this is your children, right? but where is their father?" the lady who is with Sarita asks her with a loud voice, Meera understand that they already discuss her children, previously if Mihir doesn't tell her how these people bully him, then she might not try to provoke them now, but now, she is too angry on the, and if she gets chance to insult them then she will happily do that, but before that, Meera try to remember who is this and remember that this is a follower of Sarita.
"Ohh, may I ask you who you are?" Meera asks,
"you child forgot about me, I am Lata aunty"
"oh, that woman who works in our home in my mom's time, and also provides news to my dad's mistress right?" after listening to Sarita and co have pale faces,

After this incident, she cancels the idea of buying jewelry, she asks children if they want anything, but they refuses, and then she goes home and order takeaway, anyway they eat while coming so they are not hungry, but still, she tells them to eat, seeing her in bad mood, Mihir come and hug her and said sorry, Meera get confused why he is saying sorry.
"I know we both are a burden on you, I know father don't want us, and if we are not then you don't need to do hard work for us" Mihir heard this from the children of orphanage that he is an unwanted child, he also heard that his mom dies due to him, he feel too guilty, Minu who is also there don't understand a lot, but she understands what burden means, it is maybe not so much hard work for Meera, but her children see her either making food, or cleaning the house, or do work in the garden, if not she is washing clothes or washing dishes, they know that their mom really work hard, and she is the best mom in the world. Minu also hugs her, seeing this Meera feel distressed, this work is nothing for her, and what with this burden. She sits down comfortably and pull her two children on her lap and said,
"remember that you are never burden, you both are my little angels, you both are the reason of why I am living, you are my happiness, and talking about your father, he doesn't know about you, because I can't remember him and him also, but if he knows he also never consider you burden"
"why he doesn't remember us?" ask Minu, she really wants father,
"that time we both have an accident, so maybe, I am also not sure, but isn't mom is enough for both of you," Meera asks with a sad face.
"no you are enough, I don't want anybody else, and you don't worry mommy, I will grow up fast and then protect you and Minu from everyone," Mihir says,
"Yup I trust you," Meera said while giving him a kiss on the forehead.
"mom I also listen whatever you say," Minu said, and she also gets rewards of a kiss,.
"now sleep for some time then we will go and watch the film," Meera says, listening to this both children run to sleep.
In the evening they go and watch the movie while coming they eat ice cream and other stuff, they are happy now, the uncomfortable feelings they feel at noon, is now gone.
But everyone is not that happy, here Rajani ask Ajay for the information of Meera when Ajay got the call Rishi is near him, he tell Ajay to tell everything to his mother, he knows if he doesn't stop his mother now, she will go and find out Meera, and he doesn't want that, so Ajay tell Rajani that Meera has one night stand with Rishi, and also tell her that she previously has boyfriend, Rajni is not narrows minded, but still, for her son she doesn't want a person who casually sleeps with someone, she understands the situation, but she now has a somewhat bad impression of this girl, what more, she also has ex, maybe she still has feeling for her ex, and she doesn't bother her son after that means, she doesn't have any feelings towards her son. she decided to find another girl for Rishi, and for Meera, she won't have an opinion, she understands that this girl is maybe good but she is too bold which is not good.
