Chapter 2: I'm a horrible mother
In a hospital bed, there was an otherworldly handsome young man fighting for his life.
The otherworldly handsome young man has a beautiful pair of sectoral heterochromia eyes, half of his eye colour is blue while the rest is gray. He looks too handsome and sexy.
But at this moment the doctors and nurses are not in the mood to admire this handsome patient looks, they are sweating heavily as one wrong move can either kill or save this patient's life.
"Doctor! Please let me meet my mother once, I don't think I can make it."said the handsome patient
The doctor looked at the young man and knew that this patient had less than 2% chance to live on, his heart was already badly damaged! It's a miracle that he is still alive.
The doctor and nurses did not had the ability nor technology to save this young man. They could only sigh and be upset about this failed surgery. But they really want to save him.
"Doctor! Stop operating! The patient heart beat is getting weaker! Let's fulfill his last wish...."said a nurse
The mood was depressing.
Outside the operation room
"Doctor, how is Carlos? Is he fine? My son! Is he ok?"asked Iris in a panic tone
The doctor tried his best to say the bad news in a neutral tone, he had seen too many lives taken away during his lifetime. He wants to save them all but he is powerless, a doctor job is to save people but some people's lives can't be saved.
"Your son wants to meet you."said the doctor
Iris clumsily ran to the operation room, she saw that Carlos wasn't healed! He was still in the same state as before!
Her eyes started to tear up.
"Mom! You are here! Mom I really love you the most! You are my one and only mother in this lifetime. Thank you for being my mother, I don't blame you for anything, I'm already satisfied with what you have given me. Thank you!"said Carlos in a sincere tone
Iris tears started to fall.
"Carlos! I order you to LIVE! Remember you told me that you will never disobey me! So live on! Carlos!"shouted Iris
Carlos just smiled
"Carlos, I'm so sorry! Please give me a chance, I don't deserve a son like you! You are my pride and joy, without you I wouldn't be here! My son, please live on! I really love you!"said Iris while crying out loudly
Carlos tried his best to move his hands, he touched his mother's hands
"Mother, I'm afraid I can't go on....I love you!"said Carlos, as a beautiful, warm smiled bloomed on his face
Doctors and nurses were mesmerized by his smiled.
If anyone knew Carlos, they would definitely not associate Carlos with a warm smile! This smile was in fact his most true and sincere smile he ever made.
Iris felt horrible!
Carlos heart stopped beating.
Iris cried out uncontrollably! Carlos, why were you given to me? You are too good to me! I wish I wasn't that blind by love or jealousy. My regret will be using you in my life! I don't deserve your love or admiration. I am a horrible mother, yet why do you love me so much?
Suddenly, a man wearing a suit appears, he is the person in charge of Carlos's will and also a lawyer working under Carlos.
"Madame, your son has written on his will that all his property will go to you. Please sign these documents."
Iris looked like an empty doll, even though she is 43 years old, she looks like she is in her mid-20s, she still looks so beautiful and captivating.
Iris hugged Carlos tightly and carried him effortlessly in her arms, like a princess.
"I don't want his property, I wish to donate it to charity in his name."said Iris and she left carrying Carlos
"Madame! You can't take the patient's body like that!"said the doctor
Iris gave him a cold glare.
Everyone in the room felt chill down their spine.
Outside the operation room,
He has never seen Iris like that! She excludes such a cold aura.
"Carlos! Is he fine?"asked Kiara worriedly
Iris gave her a cold glare, she totally ignored her.
"Carlos's mother! Is he alright?"asked Kiara again
Iris aura became so cold.
"No, he is not! Don't come here ever again!"said Iris and she quickly walked away
Carlos was taller and bigger than her but Iris still effortlessly carried him, all the people were staring at the weird, unusual sight, but they couldn't muster up their courage to question Iris.
Iris opened the passenger side door of her car and help tighten the seat belt on Carlos, she started to operate her car and went to meet her grandfather.
They finally arrived,
The weather looked like there was going to be a huge storm, the place was dark and gloomy, no one was around.
Iris carried Carlos and went towards a grave stone.
"Grandfather, you were always right! I never knew that I would really lose him, your words did came true, you had told me that "you(Iris) will never realize how important Carlos is, until it's too late and you lose him." I find it so frustrating! I wish I could have realised it before! Why was I so stupid? Why was I blinded by jealousy?"shouted Iris in grieve and frustration
Iris started to have a mental breakdown. She was tired of everything! She had made too many mistakes in her life, but why did Carlos had to die instead of her? She is the one at fault! Why do good people die faster?
Heavy downpour started! Iris cried out even more loudly amid the heavy rain.
Suddenly a lightning struck a huge tree and the tree came falling down.
Iris was totally tired of this life! She really wants to die! That is her salvation!
Her wish was soon going to be granted.
The tree came crashing down on Iris, Iris fell on a huge sharp rock, she had a huge injury on her head. The blood flowed out non-stop.
The whole floor was dyed red by her blood.
There was not only one dead body, but now two corpse in the graveyard.
The scene was too beautiful yet tragic!
