Chapter 12: The brave boy...

Five years later....

A five year green eyed boy was looking in a challenging conduct, straight in the eyes of his eldest brother Khufu. The boy had not spoken a word with his mouth ever since he was born but his intense green eyes were enough to express his words.

'I can easily defeat you big brother.' the boy was expressing looking at his brother.

Khufu smiled looking at the tiny boy and held out his sword in his left hand. The tiny boy too took out his sword with his left hand, as he was also capable of using both the hands with equal ease just like all his brothers. He swiftly swiped the sword looking intently at his brother and Khufu was stunned for a few seconds as he stopped the boy's sword with his own sword in much surprise. "I must say little brother. Your skills have actually improved."

The tiny boy, Joya, smirked a bit looking at his brother proudly. His eyes had calm and composed reaction stating 'tell me something I do not know brother'.

"Ok you try to hit me, and I will defend myself. Let us see who gets tired first". Khufu smiled looking at the tiny boy.

Joya nodded his head and then once again swiped the sword, bending his knees a bit. This time the sword swept right through the man's legs and Khufu jumped instantly averting the sword. "Oh lord. You are very good." He looked at the little boy who was dressed magnificently in a black colour robe, studded with matching jewels along his neck. His attire was similar to Khufu's and his face too resembled him a lot. Joya as more like a son to Khufu. He always made sure that the boy remains well protected but at the same time becomes so strong that his lack of voice does not affect his confidence.

The boy shifted the sword in his other hand now and aimed it straight towards his elder brother's arm. Khufu raised his arm nearly averting the sword and he smiled looking at Joya.

Joya did not smile back and was focused to at least touch his sword once with his elder brother's skin. He then aimed the sword straight towards his stomach, and Khufu jumped backwards rapidly, averting the aim. The little boy was once again about to aim the sword when his mother's voice echoed from far behind. "That is it Joya. Stop troubling your big brother. The medical expert is waiting for you."

Joya immediately dropped his sword and looked in Khufu's eyes with much determination in his own eyes. Khufu chuckled looking at his younger brother, and patted his head teasingly. "I know little brother; it was my good luck that mother is calling you. Next time I will not be spared by you. Now go. Mother is waiting."

Joya smiled and gave a thumbs up sign to the boy and ran away running inside a gigantic hall, straight towards his mother who was sitting on a gargantuan throne. The lady was as usual dressed seamlessly in a white colour robe, decorated with numerous jewels on her neck and waist. She was busy talking to the same lady practitioner, who was present during the birth of the twins.

Joya came running towards his mother and instantly sat on her lap, smiling looking at the lady dressed in a blue robe.

"Ahh my little king looks so grown up." The lady in blue smiled looking the cute green eyed boy, with long golden hair. She then quickly picked up a long metallic instrument, and lit up its one end with a lightening instrument. As soon as the instrument lit up, the holes and cuts inside the tube reflected the light of the fire and formed a thin fine flashlight emitting from it like modern electric torch. The lady in blue aimed the torch towards the boy's mouth and he instantly opened his mouth gladly and contentedly, as he was used to getting his throat checkups done by now after very few months.
