Chapter 2: Pair of eyes
Living in the country-side is far much more peaceful and relaxing than how I imagine it would be, I really love the atmosphere of the clean air around here. The nature fresh air is accompanying me on my daily walks with my dog, Susie. Susie and I would always go for an evening stroll around the garden filled with beatifully breathtaking flowers of all kinds throughout the garden. We'll sit by the water fountain for a little snack breaks sometimes and enjoy the beautiful view of nature.
Susie is always helping me with my daily chores around the farm such as feeding the animals in the barn,watering some plants,cleaning the animal's barn and more.Usually all this work is done by our helpers on our farm but I prefer to help while I'm here since I have nothing to do anyways.I will contact my family and friends at least thrice a week to inform them of how I've been doing and what am I up to and to listen to any daily gossips that I missed.I will wake up everday to the aromatic smell of freshly baked pies from the house of our neighbouring baker, Aunt May.She's a really nice and friendly person, and she has three little cute childrens.She would offer me pies once in a while and her pies are amazingly delicious!
I must say that sometimes I kinda miss the city with all of the social life of that's been going on but I prefer this soothing and relaxing atmosphere rather than the busy and crowded one in the cities.I'll always get tired easily after finishing all of the chores in the morning, so to recharge my energy and kill some time I'll take a cat nap every afternoon before going out for my daily walks with Susie.

As I was going to take my daily nap to rest, I suddenly feels a sharp pain in my head sort of like a headache that hurts so bad I thought I would die.I passed out immediately after laying down on a couch nearby.
I couldn't see anything it was pitch black, and then I heard a deep voice of a man saying "I would always love you darling, I'm sorry I couldn't protect you.I've tried my best and yet I still fail.I'm so sorry forgive me my love". Not even a face, not even a figure all I could see is just pitch black space of nothing and I can hear this mysterious voice? I need to figure this all out I started to reach out into the blank space and suddenly a white bright light appeared as if a door had opened.
I suddenly woke up in shock, catching my breath as if I was drowning earlier.I realised that the voice that I heard was only a dream of mine.But why do I suddenly feel at ease? The voice was very soothing to my ears and the person talked in such gentle and loving...yet frustrated tone.Does this voice belongs to that man? I couldn't help but wonder more and more about this fine young man that has been appearing countless of time in my dreams nowadays.I didn't tell any of my sisters of this nor my besties because I believed they wouldn't even know or just brush it off as nothing since that's what happened the last time I asked.

I've suddenly realised that hours passed and I'm still locked up in the storeroom downstairs searching for any clues about that man. Is he my father? My lover? Or just some random guy that I happened to flirted with back then before my accident? I'm searching up and down for any clues of that man. If he's my father then I must find something.....Anything about him!Anything I said....Anything!
It is now very late at night, the clock ticks louder and I realised that I've been here from the evening till pass midnight. The sky is now completely dark and the stars are nowhere to be found, the moon is the only sorce of light for me other than this one light bulb in this storage room."I better go to sleep, huh have I became a maniac? Searching for clues that might not even exist?"I murmured to myself.That was the time I realised there were pair of eyes out the window staring at me, as soon as I look that way I saw a shadow move.
My heart is beating so fast, I couldn't think of any other things than "am I being watched?What was that shadow?Am I being paranoid?Were there really pair of eyes over me?".I started being anxious as I don't know what to do.I decided I should just go to sleep maybe I was being paranoid...if the same thing happens again then, I might go back home in the city and report it to the police if I have to.

I'm now in my bed as I'm reading a book about a murder sort of like murder mystery but with a really weird twist.Putting my book on the table next to the bed, I turn off the table lamp.I'm getting myself comfortable on the bed and starts to close my eyes trying to drift off.
I don't know why but I feel like I'm being stared at, feeling uncomfortable I opened my eyes and in shock I saw Susie right outside my window. I guess I didn't brought her in earlier.....Wait did I doze off earlier leaving her outside all this time?Poor Susie I went to the door and invite her inside and put some food in her bowl.I looked at that my grown big shiba inu and said "Poor little Susie of mine, here eat some food I left you alone since this morning right?I'm sorry Susie I'll be more careful next time".Susie just follow me around waging her tail while panting.After Susie finished all of her food I invite her to sleep and get right to bed.
