Even though her life was a mess but today was bad luck upon bad luck.
Firstly, her younger brother's ailment act up that morning and he was rushed to the hospital. His life is hanging on a thin thread and now apart from the struggle for money to meet their occupied budget, they need money to change that thin thread holding her brother's life into a thick rope. Secondly, a customer caused trouble in the restaurant and shifted the blame on her and her boss made up his mind to sack her without even discovering the truth. He also refuse pay her for last month service. Thirdly, after when she decided that she wouldn't allow whatever happened to affect her, she went to her boyfriend house to find a comfort zone only to find her boyfr... no husband-to-be having sec with another lady and instead of apologizing he was blaming her for not taking their relationship serious just because she never allowed him touch her.

The fact that their mighty god is cowering in fear because of the man and not the gun, they subconsciously admitted defeat. The ones handling the fire stepped back but the fire can't be stopped any longer and the ones holding the girl loosen their grip
Immediately Yue felt less strength on her, she slipped out completely. She heard gunshot but she didn't care. She tried to stand but her legs act against her will so she crawled to the fire. Yue tried but it was so hard to get to the fire but she didn't give up and continue crawling in fast pace until her vision slowly get blur that she slowed down. She shook her head, she forced her eyes to open but it was difficult. Her body resigned and dropped on her back. Everything above her was spinning. The light above her get dimmer and dimmer till her eyes finally close and a drop of tear rolled down her cheek.

Ho was inside the van when suddenly a man appeared and the most intimidating one among them was afraid. Even he inside the van was affected. He picked up a gun carefully not to make a sound and pointed it at the man outside the van. He hadn't even pull the trigger when he heard the sound of gunshot. His hand let go of the gun and went to his neck , he felt wet moisture from his neck to his hand then brought his hand to his eyes level and he saw blood, he was terrified.
The first thing that came to his mind was his crippled sister and her smile. He looked at the blazing fire 'was this how they felt' he wondered. He looked at Chou who was already in the van and felt sorry. Chou gave up the post of head of the gangster world to him but Chou was the most respected because he was favored by the former head and that was the reason why he grew greedy. He closed his heavy eyes
