Xie Qiang looked troubled, something MingYu hadn't gotten used to as he seated down at the hall in the smaller house behind the sect house. It was a small room, with a table for four.

"You asked to meet me, Childe Xie?" MingYu finally asked after tea was served for them.

PingZe seemed to be in a better mood now as he smiled knowingly at Xie Qiang, seating between the two men.

RuRong had gracefully left the three to speak on their own, closing the door behind him.

Xie Qiang looked like someone had shoved a lemon down his gullet. He grimaced and shot a murderous glare PingZe's way before he cleared his throat, a light blush dotting his cheeks.

"I met Wang ZhiYi before coming here."

MingYu nearly broke the teacup in his hand at the mention of ZhiYi.

"Where did you meet? Where is he heading? Is he-"
