Chapter 3: Chapter 2

It was the end of the school day, Olivia stood out the gates waiting for her parents to pick her up. "Bye, Olivia!" Evie waved as she walked her route home. "Goodbye, Evie!" Olivia waved back. Suddenly, a black car stopped in front of her, it was her car so she entered, "Hello, Daddy!" "Hey, sweetie!" her father, a male with black hair and green eyes smiled at her. "I now know the identity of 'Levitator'," she announced proudly. Her father's face darkened, he smiled a twisted smile, "Who is it?" "None other than Lucas Crome!" "Oh, that girl you hang out with Evangeline's father, " he asked. "Yes, Dad, " she replied. "Great job, my sweet, little villainess, " he ruffled her hair delightedly, "Defeating Levitator will be much easier than I thought. " He grinned maliciously and laughed evilly. Olivia smiled with joy, if her father's happy then she's happy too. 'I'll be the best villain there is, ' she thought cheerfully.

After a ten minute drive, they were finally home. "Hello, Mommy!" Olivia ran up to her mom and gave her a peck on her cheek. "Hello, darling," Her mother, Julia Ecco gave her a small smile. Murrams Ecco, was Olivia's father, her was a very rich man and also secretly a villain, that's how he makes money; stealing from banks; fraud; holding hostages, you know, that kind of thing. Surprisingly, he never got caught, he threatened his victims so bad, they never even told the police. Along with his intelligent, strategic and beautiful wife, Julia Ecco, they created an enormous supervillain empire and got the status of being the most feared villain in the city. Well, not as Murrams Ecco, but as 'The Mind King' and his wife, 'The Dark Queen'. Murrams had the ability to hypnotise others when they look into his eyes and Julia had the ability to control the shadows. Their villain names suit them well, don't they? The Mind King and The Dark Queen were a famous villain power couple and were feared many, even villains.

"Julia, guess what? Our little genius has found out the identity of Levitator, it's Lucas Crome!" he exclaimed laughing sinisterly like a maniac. Julia joined in with his laughing, cackling like a witch. "Evangeline's father? I should've known. I always knew that one day, you'd become the very best supervillainess there is, we've got to start training you immediately. May I ask, how did you find out?" Olivia grinned, "Stupid Evie thinks that I'm her best friend so she told me that she recently found out that her father's 'Levitator'. She was acting like it was the coolest thing ever, honestly it was so disgusting. Why don't we hold her hostage? Then, she'll finally realise, her father could never save her, not now, not ever." "Actually, that's not such a bad plan. We'll capture her and give her father a chance to save her, which he obviously won't. We'll make him lose hope of ever finding her then, we kill him, " Julia announced happily. "We'll discuss our plans in our meeting next week but for now let's get ready, " Murrams smirked, "We're going to La Jonquille, it is the grand opening after all." 'He's planning something but what?' Olivia thought suspiciously.

Olivia headed to her room, when she arrived she saw a long, beautiful purple dress laying on her bed, it had a cute pink flower on the right side of it's waist. 'I quite like it, ' she thought as she changed into the dress. She walked down the stairs to see her mother wearing an elegant black dress and her father looking rather dashing in his suit. "I'm ready!" she called after them. Outside, a limousine was waiting for them, Olivia rolled her eyes. Her father always wanted a dramatic entrance at events like these. 'We have a car, why don't we use it?' she thought. "La Jonquille, here we come!" Murrams shouted at no one in particular.

It didn't take long for the Ecco's to arrive at the restaurant. The driver opened the door for them and they waltzed into the crowd. There were many balloons in white, yellow and gold written with: La Jonquille. The grand opening! There was a red carpet leading in through the entrance and a red ribbon waiting for the owner: Jacques Durand. Many news reporters and journalists were interviewing him and many photographers were taking many pictures of the gorgeous restaurant.

Finally after 15 minutes, Jacques cut the ribbon, "Welcome to La Jonquille!" The crowd sped into the restaurant like the wind. Fortunately, the Ecco's were at the front of the que. "We have a reservation for the Ecco's, " Murrams informed. "Ah, yes, Table 2. Bianca, show them to their table, " the receptionist with a name tag that read: Liam answered. Bianca was a young lady with her brown hair in a bun. "Follow me, " she led us to our table and handed us our menus, "You can call us over when you've decided what you want to eat. "We're not really here to eat, aren't we?" Olivia asked. "My little genius, I knew you'd catch on, " Murrams replied with a smirk. "What are we doing here?" she questioned and got the reply of, "I'll tell you later, sweetheart." "Excuse me, we'd like to order the Grand repas de famille, " Julia notified a nearby waiter. "Right, I'll write that down. Table 2: Grand repas de famille. Your order will be here shortly, " the waiter muttered. "Why did you order us food? Didn't you just say that we weren't here to eat?" Olivia inquired, yet again. "Because we wouldn't want to look suspicious and because it'll be funny after what we're going to pull off. Besides, we're going to get refunds anyways so I wouldn't worry if I were you," Julia told her. "I'm going to the bathroom, " Murrams winked at them. It was obvious that he wasn't. 'What is he doing?' Olivia thought. She desperately wanted to know what was going on, the suspense was killing her but she couldn't do anything about that, could she?

Stealthily, Murrams sneaked into a door that read: Staff only. "Is everything ready, Liam," he queried. "Yes, sir, " was the response he received, "The bomb should go off in about five minutes." "Are you able to hack into Jacques Durand's phone?" "Yes, it's already been done, sir." "Great job, Liam, I guess it's time for me to take my leave!" He opened the door to see if anyone was there and walked off to his table. Even if there were cameras, they would be destroyed in the explosion, leaving no trace of them. "There's a bomb in the back, everyone out!" Liam screamed. 'Right on schedule,' Murrams thought as he checked his watch, 'The customers have two minutes to evacuate.' Screams echoed around the room, everyone ran out as fast as they'd came in.

When they were outside at a safe distance away from the restaurant, the bomb explode and left 'La Jonquille' in ruins. "No, my restaurant!" Jacques wailed in anger. A reporter ran up to Jacques Durand, "How do you feel, Mr Durand, after the restaurant that was supposed to give you lots of money, brought you lots of debt?" "Terrible, absolutely terrible, " he replied. "Was this all you wanted to do, bomb a restaurant?" asked Olivia. "No darling, my plans a lot bigger than that, " Murrams answered with a gleam of evil in his eyes as grinned widely.
