Chapter 2: Paul the 'Missionary'
The man walked and stood right in front of Ellen,
"You can't possibly win against him." Ellen said, the man turned his head and said,
"Really? Why can I lose against Satan? Didn't God say through his words? Indeed, I have given you power to step on snakes and scorpions and power to hold back the power of the enemy, so that no one can will harm you. " He said then he leaned over and an attack passed,
"See, if you have faith you can do anything." He said to Ellen, the man was pointing his gun at the creature with the tentacles, he shot it and it seemed that the creature was affected by the man's shot.
"Impossible, how come?" Ellen asked in pain, Ellen tried to get up but the man grabbed her and carried Ellen.
"If you are here you will risk your own life." Said the man,
The man ran out of Ellen's apartment while carrying Ellen away, the creature became angry and started chasing Ellen and the man, "What demon are you?" Asked the man, turning his face towards the creature, the man used a magic circle with a cross in the middle of the circle. He used the eyes on the creature that was chasing him and got some kind of explanation about the creature,
"Satan's name is Zakan, Type: Lust, strength: continues to develop when it takes the life of a virgin girl. So apparently." The man said, "What do you mean?" Ellen asked,
"You will not understand. But it seems that Satan is the cause of many deaths in teenage girls and virgins." The man said, after they had run quite far away they both arrived at a building that was being built.
The man put Ellen who was still affected by the paralyzed effects of Zakan, the man gave a Rosary necklace to Ellen.
"What's this for?" Ellen asked,
"A protector, this Rosary will protect you." The man said,
"Nonsense. There's no way this kind of thing could protect me." Ellen said, the man smiled and said,
"It's better to have it than nothing, right? I'll beat him here." The man said, he walked away and Ellen sat leaning on a hardened concrete pillar. Ellen shook her head because she could not believe what really happened, she looked at the rosary given by the man, she remembered her old family.
"Now, Ellen now follows my father's words. Because I will teach you to pray properly." Gilbert said,
"Okay, Dad." Ellen said enthusiastically, they prayed right in front of a statue of the Virgin Mary,
"Father, why does the statue look sad?" Ellen asked, pointing to the statue of the Virgin Mary hugging Jesus.
"The statue depicts the sad mother of Jesus because Jesus died for all of us." Gilbert said, "Why did he die for us?" Ellen asked,
"You will know the reason after growing up." Gilbert said,
"But I'm old enough, Daddy! I'm strong enough to drink bitter coffee like Daddy!" Ellen said, Gilbert laughing and stroking Ellen's little head, Ellen could only stare at the Rosary and say,
"Why did I believe such nonsense?" Ellen said, throwing the rosary. She only looked at the Rosary she had tossed from a distance. Suddenly there was a huge gunshot and explosion near Ellen. Ellen looked around and only the dark construction site could be seen.
"My weapon!" Ellen thought, she was struggling to reach into her pocket where she put her gun, Ellen saw a large shadow fly right before her eyes. The shadow is a creature with many of these tentacles. He spun around in pain and looked many wounds on the creature's body, the creature saw Ellen who sat and could not move at all. Then, the creature walked towards Ellen,
"Food .... FOOD !!!!!!" The creature cried, The creature ran towards him quickly, Ellen tried to aim the gun at the creature, her hands trembling because of the paralytic effect of Zakan still in Ellen's body. Ellen managed to aim it at the creature and shoot it, the creature did not budge and continued to run towards Ellen, Ellen began to panic.
"How can he hurt him when I can't?" Ellen asked,
"Because you don't have what I have." One said, suddenly a large laser-shaped light flew and hit the creature and pushed it up against the construction iron.
"What is that?" Ellen asked,
"What do I not have from you?" She asked, the man emerging from the dark holding a Magnum Revolver in his hands,
"You only lack an Faith in you." Said the man,
"Faith, I don't believe that. It must be because your weapon is stronger than the gun I use now." Ellen said,
"That might be true because you use weapons that only represent this world. You need weapons that can face the other world." The man said, the man's Magnum pistol began to glow, the man began to pray,
"Lord, bring peace to me and also bring peace to the woman beside me. Give us your protection." The man said, suddenly a light fell on them both, the man looked at Zakan who had recovered his wound.
"All right, do you still want to continue?" The man asked,
"Damn creature ..... Damn God ... DO NOT YOU BLOCK MY WAY !!!!" said the creature, he lunged at the man but he was ready and shot the creature with his gun, the creature was shot and injured again. The man continued to shoot at the creature, Ellen was aware of something as he fired his weapon,
"Why doesn't he run out of bullets. Magnun's bullet capacity only reaches 5-7 why he can shoot the gun continuously." Ellen thought,
"If you just look at my weapon you won't be able to understand what's happening. You should look at it from a spiritual side." Said the man,
"Alright, now I have to kill this fanatic Satan!" The man said, the man began to raise his gun, a golden aura began to surround him and a pigeon appeared right above him,
"O holy spirit. Help me dispel this evil in front of me." The man said, Zakan shouted and lunged at Ellen's direction and was about to eat it.
"Amen." The man said, he fired his gun at Zakan, before Zakan managed to reach Ellen the bullet fired by the man flew and began to circle Zakan, the bullet made a whirlwind of fire and began to burn Zakan slowly. Zakan is in pain and his body is starting to expand and will explode from the inside. Zakan explodes and the fire disappears along with Zakan. A dove flew from the place where Zakan caught fire and landed on the man's head before disappearing.
"Thank you Holy Spirit." Said the man, then the man looked to the place where Zakan exploded and there were a lot of spirits from the victims of Zakan.
"Now you are free in the name of your father and son and holy spirit." Said the man while making the sign of the cross. The group of spirits began to float up with happy faces, "Now they can rest in peace in Heaven." The man said, he turned towards Ellen and saw Ellen who was shocked and looked at the sky.
"Did you see them?" Asked the man in a puzzled tone,
"Seeing those who flew up with a very happy face? Yes I saw the victim's face in the Zakan case document. So he really is the culprit huh?" Ellen said, not believing what she was seeing,
"No way. You see them, ordinary people can't see spirits and you can see Zakan too. Who are you really?" The man asked Ellen,
"What do you mean? I saw them for sure because there is a scientific explanation of what I saw. It's true that this must all be an unreasonable dream. I will go back to sleep and wake up in my bed and everything will be fine." Ellen said, she laid her body on the concrete at the construction site and slept. The man saw Ellen and scratched his head. "Because she doesn't believe in God she says this is just a dream. Well, I better go." The man said, he looked at Ellen who sneezed while sleeping because of the cold at night and she also did not wear his underwear because Zakan took it off when in Ellen's apartment, "Lord. Why do you always tell me to take care of troubling women? Do I have a mistake that you always testing me? " He asked the heavens as if he spoke to God.

In the morning, the alarm rang at 8. Ellen woke up on her bed.
"Right, everything that happens is just a dream. Just a dream." Ellen said then Ellen got up from her bed and she realized something,
"Wait, this is not my bed. Where are all the dirty clothes scattered about?" Ellen said, Ellen ran into the middle room. She looked at the entire living room and saw that it was Ellen's apartment,
"This is my apartment. Where are all my dirty clothes?" Ellen thought, then a sweet smell came from the kitchen. In a kitchen plate with delicious food on the plate. A note was written next to the food,
"This is a delicious meal for you as a sign of apology. I also washed all your dirty dishes and also I washed all your dirty clothes because I couldn't stand seeing them lying unattended. Don't worry, I didn't steal any of your clothes. I didn't do anything to your body during your sleep, Maybe I accidentally touched your body because you didn't wear your underwear after Zakan took it off. So, I wore your underwear back. If you need to talk to me you can knock room next door. I'm your new neighbor, My name is Paul and I'm a speaker at Joseph's church next to Martin's High School." Write the paper. Ellen froze reading the note and said,
"Everything that happened last night was real and not a dream." Ellen said, she read again the part he touch her to wore back her underwear and also the part where he wash her clothes.
"I can't married anymore." Ellen said, Ellen ate the food Paul had prepared and she left her apartement for work at the police office. When Ellen came out of her apartment by chance Paul her new neighbor who had saved her just now was going to church and also happened to come out of his apartment At the same time as Ellen exit her apartment, Ellen and Paul looked at each other and Paul greeted her first.
"Hi neighbors, looks like we meet again." Paul said, Ellen pointed her gun at Paul,
"Wow wow, calm down neighbor. I can explain what happened last night." Paul said.
"Shut up. Why did you do that to me!" Ellen said with a red face like a tomato,
"If I don't, I'm afraid I will do bad things to you. I have resisted the temptation to bring you back from the construction site, you know? I only realized after you fell asleep and the wind blew expose your bottom." Paul said, Ellen fell to her knees and shed tears,
"You must be responsible for what happened." Ellen said,
"Okay, I'll take responsibility. Can you not talk about it here! You're going to make other neighbors misunderstand!" Paul said to Ellen while looking around where the other neighbors were staring at them, Ellen's face was getting red and screaming,
"I DON'T DO ANY PREVERT THINGS !!!!" Ellen shouted as she covered her face,
"And as a speaker at the church who is also a good man I swear I have not done evil things to you." Paul said, raising his hand.
"How about we talk at lunch? I have time today and all the counseling appointments are zero. How about you counseling with me (As an excuse) this afternoon. And fix a few things." Paul said. Ellen remembers her schedule and says,
"All right, how about Xelon restaurant. I quite like the steak." Ellen said,
"Okay Xelon Restaurant. 12 o'clock this afternoon." Paul said, then the two of them separated and set out to do their own work. Arriving at the police station, Commissioner Leroy got something and all the police cheered with joy at what was discovered by the Commissioner.
"What is this?" Ellen asked,
"We managed to solve the Zakan serial killer. This is the culprit who is also a rapist. He was bored by only seeing Porn but he was also as smart as a fox. He used solvent and immersed the victim until the entire victim's body became dry." Jessica said, all the news discussed it,
"I do not believe he can cover it." Ellen murmured, Then Ellen went back to work like a normal cop.
