Synopsis
That night, she was bored and illegally downloaded and installed "Life is but a Rose", the most cheesy and terribly rated otome game of 2001. Just as promised, it was laughably bad. She heckled the game the entire night, finishing it at dawn. As she fell asleep she thought, "Did monkeys write this? How could they let the characters be so dumb, if it were me I wouldn't be that stupid..."
And then she woke up in the body of a child, "Camilla Florentine." The dumbest character of them all: the villainess. Bad ends and death flags are all that await the arrogant and proud Daughter of the Duke. But only if she went according to the script! As long as she makes her own "Escape Route", surely nothing could go wrong...
"Huh? I activated a hidden route? Who cares about that! Love flags or whatever, I've got a great job lined up and can live how I want, screw the game's fate and capture targets! I'M FREEEEEEE!" Runs out the door.
Years later:
"Why did a Capture Target follow me to a completely different country??????"

Very well written Story! She does thing differently then other transmitted fl Sent to other worlds. She actually stick to her plan and doesnt waver. i really admire her dedication. Author You have done her justices and love the one particular chapter that i have never read before! 🥰
This was a great novel i wish i could have Read more about their lofe together after marriage and if the prince ans princess from theor old country had kids etc.. and specially to find out her real name ! OVerall amazing novel,great characters And development!
It’s a good story but I felt very sorry for the Crown Prince. MC hurt him many times because she kept treating him like a npc until they broke off.

I really liked this story! It isn't the best book I've ever read for sure since I do not exaggerate but I thoroughly enjoyed reading it! The ending was satisfying since I got closure from it. I can't say much about the update schedule since I read through all of it after it got completed but I recommend people to read this if they have time to spare.
This was an absolutely beautiful and enjoyable story to read. It's a nice twist on a common theme that has gotten insanely popular within the last few years with different variations. The story is short and to the point with a female lead that knows what she wants without any second guessing and I absolutely adored that about her. If you're looking for a transmigration novel that's not hundreds of thousands of chapters long this is it! ❤❤❤❤❤

Have you ever wanted the mc to just run away from the world of otome game (aka royal academy here) and make herself a life in another country?? Have you wanted the mc to finally be able to break her engagement with the prince and not go down that route?? Well then this story is for you because it breaks every villainess trope that I've seen. Reading this made me feel like the author was just fed up with villainesses accepting their situation so he/she decided to write a story completely opposite to what usually happens. Overall it was a great story although I was never able to connect with the mc, since the whole story was told from the POV of the supporting cast, but since it's a short story I'll let it go. It's great for a quick read and I'm sure you'll definitely enjoy it too
Thats a wonderful little story. I loved reading it. I love its happy end and the characters. It is really nice,interesting and a joy to read.
