Chapter 10: Bleessing?
--------In the hospital-------
There could be seen a handsome youth with black hair walking back and forth, obviously, he was concerned the peculiar thing about him was his eyes, one golden and the other crimson red giving him people a type of pressure, people passing by would try to avoid looking at them.
The doctor came out of the door and asked if he was the son of the women inside, which he nodded frantically to answer his question then the doctor continued.
''I'm sorry to say this but she has a slight chance of survival if we do surgery, it could be about 10% for success with the best doctor in the country.''He said with a neutral look obviously he has seen many situations like this.
''Okay, it's better than to just let her die when will the surgery be made?''Zen looked trying to hide his despair.
''It has to be made as soon as possible, the patient has been trying to hide the symptoms for some time and that is noticeable one more month and you wouldn't even be asked to do a surgery '' This time the doctor said with slight anger since the family didn't notice it sooner.
Hearing what he said Zen felt even worse, if he had awoken his powers full potential sooner he would have noticed it and there would be a higher chance for her to recover. Looking at the doctor who was trying his best to keep eye contact Zen said.''Do it as soon as possible.'' which only won a nod from the doctor.
Walking outside alone Zen was in utter dispair this feeling was something he didn't want to experience again, how did he not realize it sooner, he was most of the time with her, what were the powers if he didn't get to use them fully, sighing and touching his eyes he felt his vision improve to a tremendous state, not just his vision his body is feeling foreign to him, everything about his body has broken through to another level, but this didn't make him smile at all to unlock this he had to feel despair this feeling coupled with the memories he already had hit him harder then anyone.
Looking at the sky he started praying, for some reason, this situation felt similar to his last life, completely helpless unable to do anything, this feeling of weakness is something he didn't want to feel, wasn't this new opportunity make him win and stand at the top in this world, but what now? why is he unable to cure his mother, tears fell down again, he picked his phone and decided to call the girl he had feelings for.
''Hello, Zen? what's wrong?'' said Momoi.
''Nothing just wanted to hear you,'' he answered.
''I feel something is wrong, tell me where you are at,'' Momoi said doubting his answer.
After 30 minutes there could be seen a slender beauty running with all her might to his direction, hugging him tightly. He had stopped crying but feeling her warmth they couldn't help but pour down. In his last life, he was alone and now he had a person to rely on this situation.
One thing he knew, was that it wouldn't make his mother better so he kept praying in her embrace.
''I will give you anything but don't take her away again, god just answers me once help once again ill pay the price so, please.'' he thought on and on again, this until he heard a soft voice.''Fate is irreplaceable but since you are willing to pay the price I will answer your plea, but for that, there will be conditions. ''she paused before continuing.
''1st of all your sense of happiness will be taken from you since you loved your mother. Obviously, since your mother would be sad if you quit basketball or pursuing love, I will let you feel happy when you score points or win a match, as for pursuing love the girl next to you will do, one thing is bad feelings will have 3 times more effect on you. In your daily life, since I don't want you to be an empty shell in everything else, I will apply the Sin of Pride in you relating everything, although you won't be feeling happy you will have a sense of accomplishment, I hope my presence won't be needed. Goodbye Human child.''
Momoi who was beside him didn't hear anything but saw Zen looking up with shock but then she saw his face changed to emotionless, this scared Momoi slightly since although not talking to people that much he had in his eyes warmth but now looking at those eyes, she felt he was cold colder than ever so she couldn't help but ask. ''Is everything alright Zen?''
Coming back to reality Zen looked at her with a smile and said ''No everything is good, actually it couldn't be better, wait for me for a bit.'' then he ran inside, searching for her mother's room.
The doctor who was attending Shiori was currently unconscious inside the room. Actually this scene happened to the people who saw Shiori report and illness they all didn't remember about her or the time they were diagnosing her the papers they registered the report on vanishing to nothingness as if nothing had happened.
Coming inside the room and realizing what had happened Zen decided to pick his mother and walk out of the room.
Feeling the touch of someone Shiori couldn't help but open her eyes.'' Is It morning already?'' seeing her son carrying her like a princess she couldn't help but be happy after all although it wasn't love she loved her children too much and she and Zen had a deep relationship and they had mutual trust.
''Mom it's alright you can sleep a bit more, you were cured by a very good angel,'' Zen said in a gentle tone.
Realizing the pain that had haunted her for years had disappeared she couldn't help but feel astonished. ''We should go and thank that person Zen.'' she tried to get off but to no avail.
Zen simply shook his head and said looking at the sky.''No need mom it was in a rush so right now she might be far away.''Shiori hearing this couldn't help but cry while giving Zen a hug. After all these years she had been worrying if she wouldn't be able to ever wake up and see her children, that made her sad extremely sad of the feeling of not being able to see them grow up and be able to hold her future grandchild and being able to attend their marriage, these tears were the accumulating of stress she had been carrying because of this matter, she had to act like nothing happened in front of others, and now she magically recovered with no side effects and something in her mind just stopped her from think of it anymore, like it was normal.
Looking at her mother's tears Zen just smiled, walking outside while holding his crying mother.
[Author: Ok it might be sloppy but it wasn't in my Ideas so it was rushed since people didn't want the Stalking Mommy to die, this is an interaction more or less between me and you guys and here it is. HAPPY ENDING. At least this matter is a happy ending. Even I am excited about what is coming]
