Chapter 27: Chapter 27: Going Back.
Alistor was weakened during the fight with Belphegor, as he passed out on Nao's lap, he needed rest to restore his mana and strength. A few days later, Alistor wakes up in his house, it was four in the afternoon, while the window was open and birds chirping as they fly by, and the smooth wind coming in, as he looked around and saw that it was his room, Micreal was in a corner sitting and reading a book while his legs were crossed with his other, and finally, he saw Nao sleeping on the side of his bed and he smiled as he caressed her hair, and Micreal noticed that he was up, so Micreal closed his book and stands up.
"How long was I've been sleeping?" Alistor said as Micreal came closer and puts the book on a table on the side of the bed.
"Five days sir." Micreal replied and looked at him as he bows slightly and puts his hand on his chest as he continued "I am glad to see that you're alright"
"Five days...." Alistor then remembered that he was healed by Disoris and his wounds were completely healed leaving no scar nor scratch.
Nao then wakes up and notices Alistor, "Hello sleeping beauty." Alistor said.
"Good morning..." Nao said as she yawns and was still half asleep then stretches her body and wipes her eyes, and looked at Alistor. "Oh, you're awake good." Alistor giggled and smiled, as Nao looked at him and realized that he was awake "YOU'RE AWAKE!"
"Yes, I am," Alistor replied.
Nao then hugs him unexpectedly and said "Don't scare me like that."
"I'm sorry." Alistor hugs her back then Nao pulls away from Alistor.
"I'll call everyone," Nao said as she runs downstairs and closed the door, as she was excited to tell them that Alistor was awake, she was gone before they know it.
"Energetic child," Alistor said and gets up as he grabs his blazer and wears it and gets ready.
While Alistor was getting ready and wears his black slacks and white longed sleeve, Micreal then questions Alistor,"Sir."
"Yes?" Alistor replied as he closed the closet and puts his clothes in.
"Why did you do a fake death? you could've just healed quickly like you used to." Micreal said as he looked at him and Alistor paused while he closed the closet.
Alistor slowly closed the closet and said "I did it because I want them to know their true power, it did quite a lot of damage, yes, you are right I could just use the shadows to heal me, I went through more than a sword that stabbed me." as he looked at Micreal, and he was all dressed up, and continued "I was glad to see that you knew what to do, as expected to my butler, always knows the signs, if you didn't tell Disoris what to do, she couldn't realize the power of the regeneration element"
"I know you longer than anyone else sir, I always know the signs you make, as your personal butler, I would die for you sir." As Micreal slightly bows and his hand placed on his chest.
"I am grateful, Micreal. Oh and by the way, I found a way to get back to our world." Alistor said and taps his shoulders and continued "Let's go downstairs, shall we? I am guessing that they are all there." as Alistor opened the door and went downstairs.
"What?! How?" Micreal said as he was shocked to hear the news.
Alistor smiled and said "I'll tell you the details later."
"Come on Sir, How?!" Micreal said while following him downstairs.
as Alistor and Micreal went down the stairs, they were caught off guard and was surprised, Nao and the others were there gathered in the living room and surprised them as they all said "Surprise!"
Alistor saw a sign that said "Welcome back." and as read the sign there was a cake and food on the table ready to be eaten just like birthday parties. As Alistor reached the bottom floor, he was surprised and impressed as he said "Is there a birthday party?"
"No, you dummy, it's for you, Welcome back," Aurora said as she holds a cup of juice in her hand and drank it.
"When was this prepared?" Alistor said looking at everyone.
"two days ago?" Disoris replied to Alistor, while she places her index finger on the bottom of her mouth.
"Two days ago? then the food is all wasted then?" Alistor said as he looks at the food.
"The food was cooked just now." Nao said and points her thumb at herself "Because I cooked it, together with Shire." as her arms wrapped around Shire.
"It was nothing." Shire said and looked away flattered a little as she was embarrassed to share her cooking skills
"And I guess Blyze helped too?" Alistor said while looking at Blyze and as Blyze looked at him with a smile.
"I was in charge of the decorations." Blyze replied to Alistor.
As Alistor smiled and said "Then let's get this party going shall we? but before that, I want to say a few words." As Everyone quietly looks at Alistor as happiness filled the room and continued "I didn't expect this party for my return, but now that we are all here, I would like to say thank you, for making this plan into a great success, I could've done it without you all, for now, enjoy the food we are about to eat, and let's make this night memorable. Cheers!"
As Everyone said "Cheers" they ate the food and had a good time, as the moon was coming up, everyone was chattering and Alistor was outside the porch looking at the sky that was getting darker, and Nao sat beside him, as he noticed her and said "Nice weather today huh?"
"Yea..." Nao replied while she was holding a cup of juice, and continued "Al?"
"Yea?" Alistor replied as he looks at Nao.
"Can I go with you back to your world?" Nao said as she looks down then looked at Alistor.
"I guess you heard..." Alistor said and looked at the sky. "My part of the story is done, Nao, I am merely a supporting character that helped you realize the powers within you, and the story is finished, there is no reason for you to come with me."
"No! There is! I could do whatever you ask me to do! just let me go with you!" Nao said as she looked at him with desperation in her eyes, and was close to Alistor's face.
Alistor had a calm face and sighed "Are you sure? once we go to the other world, there is no telling that we can come back whenever this world is in danger."
"I'm okay with that!" Nao said as quickly as possible and nods as she does so.
"Fine...We leave tomorrow, pack your things tonight, we leave first thing in the morning before they wake up." Alistor said as he continued to look at the sky.
"Wake up?" Nao said as she raised her right eyebrow.
"I told Micreal to secretly add some sleeping powder in the juices that you are drinking, don't worry your drink doesn't have one because I removed it" Alistor said and looked at the cup, as Micreal went outside also.
"Miss Nao, you're still awake, that's a surprise." Micreal said as he sits down too.
"She is coming with us." Alistor said to Micreal.
"What?! Are you sure sir?!" Micreal said to Alistor with a shocked face.
"Yes, That's why we need to take a rest and rewrite what happened. Five legendary elemental heroes who defeated Belphegor. Let's make Shire the arcane user, we will give half of Nao's element to Shire." Alistor said as he got an empty glass bottle from his back and as he get's up, and went closer to Nao and said "Nao, are you sure you want to do this?"
"Yes." as Nao nods and replied to him.
"This may sting a little because I am getting your arcane mana from your core. Micreal, hold her for me and give her pure mana while you're holding her." As Alistor readies up and Micreal holds Nao by her shoulders, Alistor begins "In three.....two....one." then his hand went through Nao's body and Nao whimpers and Micreal began giving her pure mana, and as Alistor grabbed one of the core lines in her, he began to get it out of her body and pink particles came out of her, as Alistor began to put it in the empty crystal bottle, he finishes it and said "Well done hanging in there, Are you okay?"
"Yes, I feel a bit dizzy but I am fine." Nao said as Micreal releases her.
"It's normal to get dizzy through the process, now let's transfer this mana into her." Alistor said and making their way to the living room where everyone was in deep sleep, and transferred the mana into Shire. "Ok, That's all, now the rewriting part." Alistor then makes a big magic circle above the house and lifts his hand above as it made more circles that surrounded the globe, as he did so, his mana was quickly depleting, as he successfully rewrote history, as he sits down the chair, as he breathes heavily and pants, Nao and Micreal was looking at him silently, he continued "Ok, Let's go." as Nao packed her things and so as Alistor and Micreal that were waiting outside, and then Alistor said "Micreal, if you please. Just go to the destination through longitudes and latitudes."
"Ok sir."Micreal replied and closed his eyes as they were slowly sinking to the ground and a black circle appeared, as Nao looks at it and she started to feel nervous.
"Don't worry, you'll get used to this." Alistor said as Nao looked at him and calmed down by grabbing his hand, and they were sucked in completely as they traveled through the shadows so so quickly, it was almost like an instant, and they arrived at a giant broken temple with a large circle which they were standing, and then as they looked around they saw a pedestal, with a shape of a cube as a key, and Alistor grabbed the corresponding cube and places it in the pedestal, and as the pedestal glowed as the circle glowed too and Alistor grabbed Nao's hand and said "This is the start of your new journey Nao." And they dissappeared and a beam sucked them in like the first time, and appeared on a random jungle, as Alistor was back to his own world, as they breathed in the new air and Alistor recognizeed the forest and said "I know this forest, our castle is just over there!"
"You have a castle?! " Nao said as they followed Alistor.
"Yes, and I think you'll love it in my kingdom. " Alistor said and opens a bush and there a perfect view of his Kingdom, new kinds of birds chirping through and houses with jouyous people chattering in the streets and A castle standing on a far distance, it was a beautiful scene, as Nao was in awe.
As Alistor smiled as he said "This is gonna get interesting..."
