Chapter 30: Vacation And Life goes on as normal (30)
After the ceremony mom and dad announce they will be leaving for the yearly trip to Bora Bora. I love how they always go back to relive their honeymoon. It is something very important and I want that for us as well. I can't wait to take my little mate to relive our honeymoon.
Things are changing daily for us but it has been so incredible. Our pups are growing healthy and now we are expecting again. Xiaolian has her mother living with us and I couldn't be prouder of the relationship they are building. Our pack is already growing because we have new members show up after the blessing from the Moon Goddess.
Bora Bora sounds so good right now but because of the pack we can't leave. Plus the weather right now isn't the best for a costal trip. Hurricane Laura just went through there last week and tropical storm Marco.
Tahiti is beautiful but we will wait until things are better for us. The sands will be white, the sun hot and the water warm. The shops will be full as well. I would love to see my parents on the surf. I can't help but laugh when I think about my father on a surfboard.
I pull my self back into my current life in Japan. I really love it here. I don't always understand the culture but I'll try to adapt. Plus the Mambas are making progress fast with the vipers. Wolves are constantly searching for mates with them as well. I couldn't be happier with the pack. The wolves are waiting for mates to come forward before having sex. This will help with true mates being found.
True mates are found when you aren't searching, when you least expect them and in places where you never would have thought. Mates who are true mates last the test and trials of time. Werewolves have less divorce, heal faster and live longer if they have their true mates. We age so much slower than dogs, or humans.
I just love how the Moon Goddess keeps us all looking great and young for so long. I think that the pack will grow by 100% in the next few weeks. We started with 30 wolves, not even 15 couples. Within 2 days we have another 30.
If the Moon Goddess does her thing when we have our first mate run in 2 weeks we could have 20 mated couples, and by spring 20 new pups. Plus our 3 pups and the expected pup. That's a total of 24 pups by spring.
"Levi, I'm taking your mom to Bora Bora, I think that we will be gone a month. Then we will come back here before we go home. I want to see the boys and your sister before we return for the birth of our next Grandpup.", dad explains.
"If you need us to return any faster just ring us. I feel like Ning has everything well in hand. Not to mention Xiaolian is an excellent mom, wife and Luna." , mom say.
"Goodbye Dad, Goodbye mom, have fun!", Xiaolian calls out. "Goodbye Alpha and Luna.", mom Ning calls. Goodbye Mom, Goodbye Pa, Have fun.", I yell out as they board the plane. It has been fun having them here and I can't wait for the next visit.
Mom Ning has our pups on a good schedule that helps Xiaolian to do her job as Luna very well. The women in the pack come to her for many things. She sees the young ladies once a week to talk about waiting for mates. She meets with first time mothers, she sees the new wives. She even sets with the older ladies and Grandmother's that Mom Ning teaches.
She teaches a healing class, a cooking class, a sewing class and a reading class. Teaching English is another way she helps the pack. My Luna is a hard worker. At 3 months and as her 2nd trimester starts we announce that Xiaolian is pregnant and will need to be off her feet more.
The ladies all pitch in. Our home is always clean, pups fed, and everything done. The women make this pack sufficient and successful. I make sure they all know it too. Xiaolian looks like she is glowing. I love to see her belly grow with our pup.
Winter is going strong and we have missed a big hit as far as storms. Our fields are so strong I feel like winter is going to be great. Then in March we have a big rain storm come in. I realized that it is nearly impossible to get thru the process without our own housing. We need a pack house.
I mind link Brother Hito, "We need a pack house in order to have everyone living in harmony. Where can I find a nice hotel to renovate or should we rebuild the castle where the vampires dwelt?"
"How did I overlook such a thing? Of course you will need this accommodation for the pack.The castle ruins will take much work and many years to rebuild. Until then you should have the warehouse across the street from your house. You may build your housing for the pack as you see fit until I can give you the castle.", Brother Hito said.
"Thank you Brother! You are always so generous to the pack.", I reply. "How could I not be generous to you and my sister? The Moon Goddess has expressed her desire for you to rebuild Japan. She has brought you to Xiaolian and Xiaolian to you. Your bond has been to my sister but also to Japan. You have claimed more than I ever could. You will carry on after I am gone. You will be more than any Emperor in the history of Japan and your Tenchi will surpass you.", Brother Hito has seen his future.
I explain everything to Xiaolian and hold her close. I breathe her in. She soothes my soul. I look at the warehouse across the street. I ask Xiaolian how to proceed in building our pack house. She walks over to a drawing board and starts with the 13th floor. our office will be the whole floor.
11 floors will be housing and the 12th will be our parent center. The ground level will be the maintenance level. She continues to draw the beta family dwelling, the Delta and all the floors fill up fast. When she is finished I call in our Beta to begin construction. We decide that a bridge will be built over the street to another warehouse for our future pack ceremonies and housing for the ceremonies.
This plan will have our family home centered beside the first building and not far from the ceremonies. The pack training ground will be outside the castle where construction will take place.
I tell Xiaolian that after everything settles down we are going on vacation for a week with our 4 pups. She immediately corrects me. 5 pups, to which she hold out a pink frame with 2 pupbeans. They are so small our little princesses. "Lele how do you make so many pups?", she loves to tease me.
