Chapter 2: Bo Village
After about an hour Jing Sheng somehow reached the city nearly dead due to exhaustion.
His whole body was aching, his muscles were screaming out.
"As far as I can think this planet is nothing like where I came from…there are rich life form all around here.... There aren't suppose to be inhabited planet no where near 200000 light years away... wait is this even a new planet or did I time traveled? I mean how can I travel so much distance in such little time it doesn't make any sense. Did I ended up in a old age or something? ...nah that technology doesn't exist….aah why does it hurt so much and what is with this over active body of mine.... nothing makes sense"
Walls with a great height about reaching about 25 meters high made out crude stone slabs. There were vines all over the wall with sharp dagger like thorns.
He swept through the walls and saw a gate reaching as high as six meters with eight guards unarmed standing there.
Jing Sheng walked towards the gate. The guards got startled and took a pose for battle. Jing Sheng looked miserable all bathed in blood and arm hanging like a broken twig. His long platinum hair which extend till his waist all scattered.
"Brother are you alright?"
A Rank 1 Gu Master ran towards him when he saw Jing Sheng's miserable condition. Of course Jing Sheng understood the guy.
He thought 'So I can understand the language….but I hadn't thought it through…what should I say? How did I got on that battle field even I don't know... I can say that I forgot? There is a chance that they will believe me but can't take risk I don't have enough knowledge of this world damn it I need information to make some kind of excuse but I know nothing! ok so there is only one thing I can do'
And so he just fainted
The Rank 1 Gu Master hastily used his healing Gu worm and somewhat stabilized the injuries.
He persuaded "Senior Bo Lie we need to take him inside the village to the healing Gu master for treatment!"
Bo Lie was a respectful Rank 2 Gu Master of the Bo Clan assigned with the duty to lead seven Rank 1 Gu master to guard the West gate of the village.
Bo Lie said "Youngster Bo De is too naive what if this is the conspiracy of the other villages and this Gu Master is a demonic path Gu Master? What if they want to frame our Bo Clan? We can't just rashly take him inside"
Bo De replied "But senior if we don't treat him now he will die"
Bo De had awaken his aperture just a month ago and he was all fired up to contribute to his clan and the righteous path he wanted to live by righteousness and be someone who his clan members would appreciate and look up to.
"Sigh…let me contact the elder Bo Shin and let him decide" This was all that Bo Lie could do.
After few minutes two Rank 2 Gu Master of Bo clan and a Rank 3 elder came. The elder first used his rank 3 Gu worm to stabilize the injury and then he handcuffed Jing Sheng with A rank 2 Gu worm. The other rank 2 Gu master then carried him away.
Jing Sheng opened one of his eyes and peeked a bit around with his eyeball. There broken huts all around in large amount and mortals were all around the streets selling and buying stuff. Which ever mortal passed by the Rank 2 Gu masters, they bowed and said something like 'greetings Sir Gu Master'.
When Jing Sheng heard this, he thought
"Gu Masters? Everyone is paying them respect…Gu master must be something like a government official of high rank…that is some information"
After a few minutes of walk they entered a new neighborhood. Houses in this neighborhood weren't as tattered as the previous ones. But there were fewer people than before too.
"Oh so the class system also exist in tis world too… I'm not surprised"
This was the second layer of the Village were Rank 1 and Rank 2 Gu Masters lived. This layer gave feeling of somewhat a little rich compared to before.
"Well still this is nothing compared to home…In fact it looks like I'm in a museum or in an RPG"
Jing Sheng's home world was too advanced compared to this place. They even had warp technology and could warp within hundreds of light years in a split second. It was a utopia of technology. And so, all the 'old stuff' about how they used to live before the technology advancement was all preserved in the museums.
After a few breaths of walk they entered a new layer of the village. It was small, too small compared to the other two layers.
"Is that...mushrooms!!!!!!"
Jing Sheng saw large mushrooms and other big fantasy houses in this neighborhood.
Before this he had only seen mushrooms on a cereal box.
Here Rank 3 elders and important Rank 2 Gu Masters lived and at the middle was a big hall. This hall was used for conferences and under it was a prison cell and storage room of the clan where all the Gu worms and primeval essences stones were stored.
In this neighbor hood was a Therapy center where the Gu masters took Jing Sheng too. A healing Gu Master came running by and started using all sorts of healing Gu Worms on Jing Sheng.
"Wow what is this relaxed feeling...the pain its going all away"
"All done!" The healing Gu Master exclaimed in a loud voice "Now let's examine you"
And so she used an investigative Gu worm to check Jing Sheng's Cultivation level and the Gu Worms he had.
A snake made of water wrapped itself around Jing Sheng's waist and gave turned into a type of gold color. This startled all the Gu Masters around Jing Sheng.
"Rank 4 peak stage??? Hurry up and call the Clan Leader now!" The Rank 3 Elder gave an order.
Turns out Jing Sheng had cultivation base of Rank 4 peak stage. Which mean he could advance to Rank 5 and this was no small deal for Bo Village whose own Leader was Rank 4.
