Chapter 69: My hero academia
Sabaku cracked his knuckles and neck as he walked towards Deku before assuming the jotaro walking style just for giggles. Deku just charged at him "hoh~ so your approaching me~" "wha?" "Come as close as you like~" and before Deku could react he was jabbed sending him hurtling back.
"You know for someone who wants to be a pro hero you let your guard down an awful lot" Deku got up shaking slightly before entering full cowling. He then tried to kick Sabaku with his shoot style but his leg was grabbed and he was slammed around like a dog with its chew toy.
" full cowling huh? You assigning some arbitrary percentage still? How about you hit me as hard as you can" so that's just what Deku did. He pumped himself up to 60% which was his current limit after unlocking more of OFA against dabi. He moved around Sabaku multiple times leaving after images to confuse him.
Who does he think he is? Ichigo kurosaki? Sabaku thought before Deku jumped and tried to deliver an axe kick like Mirko. Seriously copying his girl friends moves? This guy really is a joke. Sabaku just moves slightly causing the foot to miss and then delivered a seiken to Deku's abdomen causing him to splutter.
He then said "I can't hold back against you, if I lose here I'll never be a hero!!" Then proceeded to use his six quirks? Did he unlock another one? Let's see stockpile, super strength, float, black whip, electricity and???? The floor is dented from where he's standing and his movement has changed showing he's laboured. He can increase his weight?!? This guy can become like machvise with the ton ton fruit!
He then blurred again reaching 75% like he did with dabi. Going over his abilities in my head I can tell that Deku has finally reached the peak for his quirk now that he has all six. All might and Deku are quirkless which means he can only have 6 quirks which means this is all he has. He's a wrecking ball is the conclusion I have drawn.
"Demolition style! Alabama smash!!" He said webbing a while to the ceiling and jumping forward full force to slam into me like a wrecking ball. There's only one thing to do! Let him hit me because he literally can't hurt me. With a *thwam* the sound of impacted sand rang out in the room.
Deku then impacted the wall and fell to the ground with numerous injuries. "Seriously!?! I hit you like twice and you did more damage to yourself. You went from no quirks to six and this is all you can do. I was expecting zero to hero not this travesty"
Deku growled and shouted at him to shut up but Sabaku wanted to vent. "I heard that you used to get beat up a lot for being quirkless and now that you have several quirks the only thing that's changed is that the one who's beating you is called a villain." He gritted his teeth and clenches his hands in frustration but Sabaku notices and decides to keep going.
"There's another thing! You keep clenching your hands every chance you get. Maybe shigaraki thought you had the same fetish which was why he got so fixated on you. That or how you both had to take an old guys pubes to grow a spine and do something about yourselves". Deku looked shocked but not at the all might bashing but at the fact he knows how he got his quirks.
"Hhhhhhhow do you know that?!?!" He asked while shivering. "Umm maybe it's because you and all might literally talk every....single.....day.... about the origin of your shared quirk. Plus I heard Ujiko monologue at the hospital about the quirks" I said lying about the second half. Deku just puts his head down.
"There's a lot of stuff you've done wrong Deku, you can't keep a secret, your a glory hog, your self harming tendencies, your varying degrees of intelligence where you can identify quirks and weaknesses like breathing but took you three moths to figure out you had legs. You waste opportunities given to you like the several years you had to do some form of training to become a hero but didn't start until half a year before. Then you have an ego to claim you deserve to be a hero while some people train their whole lives for it." He looks like he's about to cry.
"There's your whole bakugo obsession thing, the over the top fanaticism, lack of awareness and lastly your kind of a pervert in my eyes" he seemed to snap at that "I'm not a pervert!!" So Sabaku gave him a kazuma stare that made Deku tremble.
"I legit watched you start hyperventilating when a woman spoke and touched you. You had steam coming out of you when a girl gets within range that is really freaky. You also cried so hard when a woman agreed to be on your team you put a dent in the ground". Now that he said those things Deku couldn't help but imagine someone else doing those things and he would call him a pervert to.
Sabaku then walked towards Deku who still hadn't got up. "You said this was your only chance? Hah!!!! This is our first year idiot of course we got more chances. No need to break yourself like that just so you can sit beside people who failed and get to try again tomorrow". Another point that struck home.
"Lastly Deku you need to understand that this ain't just your hero academia, it's mine and a lot of other peoples as well. So drop the need to be at the front lines of every issue and give everyone else a chance". Before Deku could retort Sabaku threw a support item he had smuggled in with him from his costume.
Sleeping powder from his tired gourd. He hasn't had a chance to test it. "Chchchchcheck your privilege" Sabaku said before blowing it into deku's face and watching him collapse instantly. He saw the door to the next area opening and quickly entered it. Sabaku didn't want that bullshit quirk waking Deku up with the power of talk no jutsu which would have allowed him to break last his limits to 90% of the quirk. *bzzt* was that static from deku, probably so sabaku moves faster to the next area.
After the door shut behind him he looked up to see Mina sitting on a ledge while a house was titled sideways. "Hey boyfriend~ can you come up here and help me open the door~ this challenge was meant for two people to climb up but I just shot a slime web and climbed." Sabaku smiles at her "sure sweety" before using geppo and arriving beside her instantly. Rokushiki is op and every reincarnator needs to master them.
They both had to push to pads that scanned their hands and allowed them to pass. After that the sideways window opened and they had to crawl through. Mina went first giving Sabaku a perfect view of her ass while she wiggles her hips to draw his attention. As they crawled she would occasionally stop just to let his head bounce of her hot and springy cheeks. He knew what she was upto and he didn't mind playing along.
"How was your passage Mina?" "Easy enough, had to fight kirishima and he kinda confessed to me but I used that change the squirt in his hardened eyes then sweep his legs followed by a drop kick to his balls. After that I had to do an obstacle course but I just melted my way through, same with this glass screen that was asking me morality questions. Next I had to fight jiro so when she tried to stab me with her earphone I grabbed it and licked the tip. She moaned so i slimed her mouth shut and let her pass out before breaking it. After that was a pool I had to swim across but I just made a web line and tightroped across. Then that room where I met you".
After processing what she did to kirishima I informed her about my test. She laughed at how I beat 1-C and started to get hit and bothered about what I did to monoma and deku. This girls a freak and I love it!! She's like my own personal abridged version of Mina that's funnier and nastier.
Finally we reached the end of the USJ and entered the room. We found Momo, todoroki, tokage, sato the sugar man, tokoyami and lastly ibara the vine girl. We waited a few more minutes until kendo and pony arrived. We made small talk with who passed and discussed obstacles. With a buzz that signifies the end of the exam we all exhaled a sigh of relief.
I'm wondering where bakugo was but I'm sure he will turn up. Kinda wish I could beat that Pomeranian a bit but whatever.
