I looked at him and I could not believe what he just utters from his mouth.
" What do you mean? I said my father is forcing me to get married to him and you just said I should get married to him,"
I was hoping that I might be hearing things.
" Yes, did I say anything wrong?"
I began to cry.
" How can you say that? Were your feelings for me not that deep?"
" What do you want me to do?"
" I was expecting you to say let's run away,"
" Run away? Where will we run to?" he looked at me " Xu Xiang, it seems that you understand anything, go home and let your parents explain very well,"
He stands up
" Where are you going?"
" I am leaving, it seems that you don't need me here,"
I stand up too.
" Do you really want to break up with me?"
He stands still for a while.
" I don't want to be in trouble with anybody, my life is okay like this,"
" Chen You, if that is what you want I will get married to him,"
I removed the ring that he gave me and I threw it back at his face.
I left the place.
As I was going to my house, I saw Xu Liqin. I almost fell down.
" Miss," she holds me " Are you alright?"
" Chen You broke up with me,"
I began to cry heavily.
" Miss, it might be painful now but trust me everything will get better,"
I didn't answer and I was crying very hard.
People who are passing was looking at us. Xu Liqin hugged me while I was crying.
