Chapter 4: three
The letter I held on my hands felt like a dream. Jisung just stared at me, worry and hope mixing around within his facial expression.
"Well?" "I... I passed, Ji." I said, voice wavering due to the desire to let out my happiest tears. "Ah, congrats!" He says, smiling at me and giving me a hug. As soon as he let go, he lightly pushed me over to my closet.
I heard Jisung chuckle when I nearly fell. "Get changed; let's go celebrate."
I did as I was told and proceeded to dress simply; a yellow oversized sweater, denim shorts and white sneakers.
Throughout the whole journey, he had a sad look in his eyes which were masked by a small smile on his lips. "Are you okay?"
"Of course I am! Look at you, you're gonna do great things and that alone makes me ecstatic." He says, smiling again.
