Chapter 169: Confession

"We work to raise a family, we love our children without bounds, and then we look at one another with tired eyes and empty limbs. I am as much in love with you today as I ever was, perhaps even more so, but I'm tired. I am tired of all this. I can't do it any more."

Just as Kay heard those words by Zila he slowly felt the earth under his foot slipping away. 

His palms were sweaty and the adrenaline coursing through his system was shutting down his ability to think logically. 

"What?..... What do you mean?" 

Kay asked as he still wasn't in the mood to believe what Zila was saying. 

Zila put her head down and sighed heavily showing how stressed she was and with how much difficulty she was saying it. 

"I mean let's just..... end
