second His job is not to kill Villians, It is to bring order to the universe. Don't confuse Order with the killing of Villians. He needs the people to fight for themselves only then can order came to dc because everyone is corrupt or following false ideology.

Rudra has low Screentime. Well, This story's main focus is world character development rather than Rudra. Rudra might be the Mc here but the world doesn't revolve around him.
