Chapter 3: Chapter 3 :Cave
The ground suddenly breaks, swallowing both Axion and Kaizo. They fall into an underground river and got swept by the strong current. Both Kaizo and Axion tried to stay on the surface. They fall from a waterfall and end up in an underground cave.
Axion glance at Kaizo who lost consciousness. She swims down and grab Kaizo. She use her magic as she grab Kaizo's hand. Axion flinched. "He's losing air." She thought to herself. She pulled Kaizo's head and kiss him, letting magic flow from her mouth.
She immediately swims up to the surface. Trying to keep Kaizo's head above the water. She looked around. They're in the middle of a lake. It's pretty far from the waterfall to the shore. She glanced at Kaizo who leaned on her shoulder. With what's left of her magic, Axion pull herself to drag Kaizo to the shore. Her legs give up once she's out of the water. She catch a glimpse of blood on Kaizo's abdomen. Realizing Kaizo is injured, she pulled herself to keep moving.
She immediately opened Kaizo's jacket to check on his injuries. Blood flowing from his abdomen.
"Claw marks from the hyenas that fall with us." She thought to herself. Axion looked at the lake, wondering if the hyenas still threaten their lives. Dead bodies of two hyenas that fall with her, floating on the lake. She looked back at Kaizo's wound. Axion took a deep breath, taking in all the focus she can gather. She put her hands on Kaizo's wound and her lips whispers healing spell.

"Hmm...." Admiral Maskmana mumbled as he looked down at the hole. Strong current of the river's stream can be seen from above the hole.
"Rum, scan this area. Find this river's route. We need to find possibilities of where they might end up." Said Admiral Maskmana.
"Yes, Admiral." Rum answered.
"Lahap, try to find a way to communicate with Kaizo while Ramenman find a way to communicate with Axion. I hope they don't get separated. But if they do, we better contact each of them." Said Admiral Maskmana.
"Yes, sir." Lahap and Ramenman answered.

It hurts
.... hard.... to breathe
need... air
Kaizo's working hard to stay conscious. The last attack has wounded his abdomen. He's drowning and his eyes start to get heavy.
Huh?
What's this?
It's warm...
Kaizo thought to himself.
I can breathe...
Kaizo slowly open his eyes.
Who....
Strands of hair flowing at the corner of Kaizo's eyes. Axion pull her lips and look at Kaizo.
"Ah... It's her." Kaizo thought to himself before he lost consciousness.
Kaizo wakes up. He jolted up and groans when he feels stinging pain in his stomach. He hold his stomach and feel fabrics of bandages stroking his skin.
"Don't force it. You'll open your wound." Said Axion.
Kaizo looked at his wound. It's fully bandaged. Although some blood can be seen staining the surface of the bandage. He looked around and found his clothes hanged on a pole made of ice. Axion step closer and sit beside Kaizo.
"You have several injuries." Said Axion. "I did what I can to stop the bleeding but you still need proper medical treatment." She said as she hands over her tablet computer. "I put all details in there. I'm sorry I didn't ask permission to treat your injuries. But it was urgent and you were bleeding so much." She continues.
Kaizo looked at the tablet. The details on Axion's first aid treatment is written completely in the tab. He noticed the magic spell on his medical record.
"You used magic to heal me?" He asks.
"Oh. I-it's a simple magic. I'm not an expert at healing magic. But I did what I could. At least, enough to keep you alive until we go back to the spaceship." Said Axion. She lowered her head and sneak a look at Kaizo. Wondering if he'll be mad.
"Hmph. I won't die by little wound like this." Said Kaizo. He keeps on looking at the data.
"I've checked our surrounding. There's no way out but my scanner found tunnels behind these walls. If we can blow the wall, maybe we can find our way out." Said Axion as she show a map in the tab. "But the problem is, which tunnel that lead us to exit?"
"What about contacting our ally?"
"I tried. Many times, many ways. But no replies." Said Axion. "We're on our own." She softly adds.
Kaizo thinks hard as he looked at the tab. The corner of his eyes caught a glimpse of Axion and he can't help but glance at her. Image of Axion's kiss flashed in his mind. Kaizo blush. He immediately looked back at the tablet. The part where she kissed him is not written in there. Kaizo wonder as she looked at Axion.
"Was it... a dream?" He wondered.
Axion's eyes is weary but she does her best to hide it.
"I'm fine now. You can rest and I'll keep a look out." Said Kaizo.
Axion looked at Kaizo with doubtful expression. "I understand." She said, eventually. She lay not far from Kaizo and goes to sleep.
