The match then started. Karasuno served first. Suga went up to serve. He sent the ball to Jozenjis libero who got the ball up.
The ball went to their setter who sent it to one of their middle blockers. He spiked the ball but was denied by Daiki.
Suga got the ball again and served. The ball was received by their wing spiker who plays the opposite. The ball went into the air to their setter. He set the ball to their wing spiker.
He spiked the ball but Nishinoya was there to get the ball up. The ball went to Suga. He gave me a that look.
' You want to use that huh. ' Daiki thought before releasing a predatory smile. He backed off from the net while the ball was heading to Suga.
He waited before running towards the net and jumped. Suga got the ball and sent a fast set to him at 1st tempo.
When the ball came Daiki slammed it to the ground.Everyone was in shock. No one said anything before someone cheered. The audience went and followed.
As for Johzenji.
" That was so cool. "One of their players say.
" Hey we should to that. "Terushima says.
" Hey your head back to reality. We can try later. " The captain said
" Hmm okay. "
' But still. That attack was fast. I don't think we could make the exact same thing. However the case is the same. This is a problem.'

It was. Karasuno took their time when making attacks and focused more on defence for a few minutes.Suga and Daikis quick caused havoc as most of Johzenjis players were focused on that. Daiki went for blocks most of the time along with Asahi to slow down their attacks.
Nishinoya Daichi and Kurokawa focused a lot on defence. With Asahi and Daiki they lead the ball to them so they can it back in the air.
During this Daiki analysed the oppentents.He completed his understanding of Johzenji while they were playing. He was about to signal the coach for a time out but Johzenji did it before them.
The score was 12 to 6 with Karasuno in the lead.
At the bench.
" Alright you were playing well out there. Keep it up. " Takeda said.
" He's right all of you are playing well. Daiki did you finish. "
" Yep. After looking at Jozenji they focus on freedom of movement. They basically play freestyle volley ball."
" Free style? " Takeda asked.
" Basically it means they don't have a fixed playing style. "
" Correct they don't have a speciality that their team is based upon like serves. " Coach said.
" To counter them we do this... "
One plan later
" Daiki you're scary. " Suga said.
" People keep saying that. Is it really that scary? " Daiki asked.
" Yes it's is scary. But it is also brilliant. " Coach said." Now then enough with your gaping. Close your mouths and win. "
" Yes sir. "

As the game continues Daikis plan came to life. After a few plays everytime Jozenji tried to attack everything was either blocked or received.
'I never had such an easy time guessing where the ball went.'Nishinoya thought.
' This is insane. Most of the attacks are going through no problem. ' Suga thought.
' He really deserves the title Eyes of the Court. ' Daichi thought.

At the bench the coach was having a devil smile plastered on his face.
" It seems we can win this match. " Takeda said.
" Its not seem it's we will. " Coach said. Takeda looked at coach with confusion.
" We will win this match and move on to the next. Tell me what do you see? Take a good look and tell me. "
Takeda looked at the court and watched the match before thinking about the beginning of the game. Realisation suddenly hit him in the face.
" You finally noticed huh. "
" Yeah.
Coach began chuckling.
" We were able to turn this match to our favor. "
" Its more than that. " Kiyoko said. Takeda looked at her.
" When Daiki made that plan he took into account Jozenji play style as well as their habits and made a plan to use them.
He did this only after I few plays before they took a time out. " Kiyoko said. On the outside she was having a poker face but she was as shocked as everyone else. With just a few plays they had Jozenji in the palm of their hand.Coach nodded at her words.
' He is really good at what he does. That talent has been nurtured well. As well as everything else. But he can still improve. '
" Daiki is really scary isn't he? "
" Yes he is. "
On the court
' Why does everyone think I'm scary? Am I really that scary? ' Daiki thought . ' Screw it. Quesrions for another day. '
Daiki lined up before serving.He used his power serve and got a point while making the audience go silent again.

By the end of the match Karasuno won and moved on to the next round.
" Please tell me how you did that? "asked the over excited Terushima.
" Sorry but it's a secret. "
" Please. "
" No. "
" Pleeeaaassse. "
" No. "
" Prreeettyy pleeeaaassse. "
" ..No. "
" Aww. " He said before sulking and walking away.
The trip home was uneventful. Daiki got home dropped in bed and slept.
