Chapter 3: Meeting the Cullens
When Rosalie got in the house Carlisle asked, " how was it, got anything from him."
Rosalie replied and said, " It was ok and no I didn't get anything he's still unknown." Carlisle just nodded and left. In the forest Zane heard there conversation but he didn't really care so he just left and went home.
When he got home he drank some blood and talked with Amy then went to sleep. The next morning he got up ate some breakfast and drove to school. After school ended Zane was in the parking lot walking to his car until a van got out of control going towards Bella, Zane thinking to himself " Edwards going to save her so I don't have to worry about that." So he kept walking until he saw Edward running towards the van and stopped it after the van was stopped Zane got in his car a drove off.
While Zane was driving he realized someone was following him but he didn't pay attention to him he was thinking, " i'll make my self known tonight so they don't piss me off." When he got home Amy was there and she asked, " do you want me to take care of him.
Zane looked at her and said, " no and your on there level but not stronger than them so it would be a drawn out fight we'll take care of it later." They watched tv until it was dark then Zane got up and disappeared. When Emmett saw that he was shocked he was trying to figure out where Zane had went.
A couple seconds later Emmett couldn't breath when he looked down he saw that Zane was holding him by his throat. Zane then called Amy and then they ran towards the Cullens house. When they got there Zane could hear that everyone was in the living room of there house so he didn't bother to knock and just went straight in.
Alice couldn't see what was happening to Emmitt because Zane had use his powers to block her. When everyone saw Zane holding Emmitt in his hands they were shocked. Zane looked at them and said " let me introduce my self My name is Zane Porter and this is Amy."
He then looked at them and glowed his vampire eyes and said, " if you wanted to know something about me all you had to do was ask but you sent a fucking watch dog or in the case watch vampire to keep track of me like come on." Then he let go of Emmitt. When they saw his eyes they were shocked they've never seen anything like it.
Carlisle then spoke up and said, " we didn't know if you were human s we had take precautions to see if you were hostil."
Zane looked at him and said, " if I was hostile would I have made Rosalie know where i live. You got think more."
Carlisle, " I guess your right it was my bad." Zane then looked at Rosalie and said, " i guess Mrs. Ice queen didn't really want to hang out she just wanted to know where i live so y'all could patrol me. Sigh i guess I should really stopped trusting people." When Rosalie heard what he said she felt a little bad because she liked him a little bit. Zane then looked towards everyone and said, " don't send anyone to watch or follow me I don't care about the Volturi so if you do I'll make him or her feel a lot of pain, come on Amy were leaving." After he said that they left.
When Zane left Carlisle asked Emmett " how strong is he."
Emmett replied and said, " I don't know I couldn't even see him until he was chocking me." When the others heard that they were shocked.
Meanwhile Zane and Amy was at home drinking blood. Like that a few weeks went by its now February. During these couple of weeks Zane went to school but didn't talk to anyone he was a complete loner, he didn't even look at Rosalie even when she was staring at him. Everyday after school ended he would go straight home and spend time with Amy they got a lot closer together.
Today he was leaving school like usual but when he got to his car he stopped because he saw Rosalie standing there he looked at her and asked, " do you need something."
She looked at him and said " i was wondering if u could give me a ride home." Zane looked at her and asked, "why" she looked at him and said, " i want to talk to you."
Zane, " get in." After they got in the car and drove off he asked, " what do you want to talk about."
She said, "I'm sorry about what happen."
Zane only said, " The Ice Queen saying sorry, don't make me laugh why would you say sorry."
Rosalie, " Yea i know that I'm the Ice Queen or whatever but I really do mean it, I shouldn't have taken your trust for granted. Were having a dinner at the house for Edwards girlfriend would you go with me as my date."
Zane looked at her and thought, " Although I haven't been following Bella around today is the day they have dinner should i go with her." He then answered her question and said " I'll go with you." When Rosalie heard what he said she was happy but she didn't show it because she wanted to keep on her Ice mask. Zane then drove home took a shower put on some clothes took out a bottle of wine and a bottle of blood then left towards the Cullens house with Rosalie.
When they got there, they were the last ones to reach. Rosalie went in and said "everyone this is my date for the night" and then showed everyone Zane. The Cullens were shocked when they saw him. Bella was even more shocked because she didn't think that Zane was a vampire.
