Goldy chuckled with a hint of evil and said with cruelty " Wait for now."

After walking around for some time, Joseph found that they had come to a dead end.
" A rock?"
In front was a huge rock. It was weird, very weird. There was a huge rock in the middle of nowhere.
" Don't let the rock fool you, Joseph..." Goldy said mysteriously.
" Just what is it? You know I have skipped by 2 pm nap to accompany you today. It better be worth my nap."
" That is supposed to be your 12th nap today!" Goldy shot back making weird faces, trying to appear scary.
" My body! My choice! My nap! You have no right to question it!"
" Just shut up for once! Here look!"
Goldy crouched and put his hand inside the gap under the rock.
" Huh? What is this?"
Looking at the shining herb, Joseph asked Goldy.
" Hehehe! Behold! This is the Purple Zoysia!"
Joseph was confused when he saw it and asked " What's so great about this?"
" It can increase the cultivation age of the spirit beast that eats it by a thousand years!"
Joseph's eyes lit up when he heard that " Thanks, my friend! "
Joseph crawled to the immortal herb and gobbled it up.
" This!"
Joseph could feel the huge amount of soul energy building up inside of him.
" I never felt this way before!"
Goldy nodded and hummed before he said " Of course! That is natural! It is extremely rare! It's only because of my heavenly luck that I was able to find it!"
Joseph nodded, he was grateful to Goldy very much. This golden dog that came out of nowhere and was calling himself a lion took the friendship very seriously.
' I will return the favour to you one day!'
After a while, Joseph finished absorbing the herb but he felt very weird.
He then checked his age and was shocked.
" Hey! You wanted to scam me!? And here I thought you were so great that you gifted such a rare herb to me! I am only 603 years old!"
Goldy was surprised and said " Scam? And me? No! I don't do such evil things! It must be you!"
Joseph barked " Me!? What do you mean?"
Goldy shook his head and said " Remember the speed of your cultivation is very slow..."
Suddenly a light bulb lit in Joseph's head " You mean..."
Goldy nodded his head and said with certainty " It is definitely the cause!"
