Chapter 2: Cloud Perez
[Third Person's POV]
"Girl, can you stop looking at your phone and just pay attention to your food?" Avielle only look at Cloud, Aspen's older brother who happened to be her best buddy.
"Then tell your brother to reply back to me" the girl exclaimed making Cloud to sighed before shaking his head at the girl infront of him.
"Bullshit, what kind of app is that?"
"It's an online diary app okay? I can send some messages to Aspen so that he can read it" Avielle explained while Cloud grabs her phone before looking at the app she's talking about.
"So this app can send your diary to whoever you want is?" Avielle nodded in response while Cloud hummed, clearly amused at how the app works.
"And all of my freaking diaries are sent to your amazing brother and until now I didn't get any response" the girl frowns before grabbing her phone away from Cloud's hand.
"Well as you can see he's always with Hana, your ex-best friend" Cloud shrugs before sipping his tea.
"Argh! I don't care! I'll make him mine again! Feelings doesn't fade away easily. I'm sure he still love me..." Avielle immediately sit up straight when she saw Aspen with Hana entering the cafeteria together.
"See? I told you he's going out with that Hana girl"
"Then why don't you tell him not to?"
"Well I can't"
"Argh! Why did that asshole even broke up with me?! Is he inlove with that Hana bitch---" she stop talking midways when Aspen accidentally made an eye contact with her.
But the guy immediately broke the eye contact while Avielle immediately stand up before grabbing Cloud's wrist and drag him outside the cafeteria.
"Yow what happened?"
"You know what? Tell your brother I fucking hate him" Avielle said seriously while looking up at Cloud before turning away from him and proceeds to walk away.
"But you still love him" the sentence that Cloud said made Avielle to stop her tracks before laughing bitterly.
"I know..." Avielle turn to face Cloud before smiling slightly.
"I know someday I can finally look at him without hurting" Avielle muttered before smiling bitterly.
"But I don't think I'm ready for that" she continues.
"Avi, I know you still love him but you should love yourself first. I don't want to see you hurting" Cloud said making Avielle to look at him before scoffing.
"But how can I love myself when I feel like I'm a fool for not knowing what's the reason why the guy I love broke up with me!" Avielle said and the pain in her eyes is visible that even Cloud can see.
"I think he broke up with you because he thought that's the right thing to do!" Cloud said while Avielle laugh bitterly.
"I don't want to listen to you, I won't believe you because you're not him" Avielle said before walking away making Cloud to look at her with sadness in his eyes.
"If you only knew what's the reason, Avielle..."
