Chapter 3: Talk about us

We're back in the City and I'm here at Nate's Automotive company to look for a decent family car. This is my only free time I have buying one because I was very busy the passed years. I still have one spare leave at work so I am now buying the family car which I personally wanted to buy.
"I'll get this, I don't have a cash on hand, is it fine?" I said showing my black card.
Well it contains billions, and I never used it since the day I've received it, It'll be the first then. Because I have no choice, I don''t have time to withdraw already. Maybe it's the right time to use it, I'll just replace the money that will be deducted.
"sure as long as it's you" Nate said to me then handed him the black card and processed the blue family car already. I smiled suddenly when I remembered who I would give it to...He will love it for sure.
Nate handed me back my black card, they said they were already arranging the papers in the car so "the usual?" Nate asked me and I immediately nodded. He knows what to do already.
Later on I was about to leave already but I looked at him again saying "tell him that...I love him." and I left already without hearing his assurance.
I got out of the company quickly so I also got in my car immediately and then turned it on. I looked at the time first and breathed a sigh of relief when I saw that I wasn't yet late for my schedule.
But I didn't want to be complacent so I just started my car quickly even though it was actually automatic, I used GPS to enter the place I'm going to visit today and everything was settled already. So I just relaxed in my seat for the next minutes.
7pm ...
It was late already when I got home to the hotel where I live. It was one of my hotel the Elite Luxurious Hotel. And It's been 3 years already since I decided to stay here for good. And now I just noticed that I haven't even fixed it since the day I moved here.
The light was on because I probably turned it on, and there I saw my Cat with thick black fur that made me smile, I was also shivering so I approached him then lifted him up and hugged him.
Later on, Ice bear was getting annoyed already so I stopped playing him. Well his name is Ice bear ok? I'll kill whoever demands, charot!
Later on I was busy making his food already when my phone suddenly rang so I finished quickly his food and accepted the call.
"What took you so long?" he asked in an irritated voice as if he's really annoyed tsk!
"I was making Baby Ice Bear's food!" I answered happily as I walked into the room to take a shower feeling very exhausted. I turned on the loud speaker then lowered the phone to the table to get my pjs, I waited for him to talk but he seems to be quiet?
"Just got home, I'm gonna take a shower now, let's talk later!" I said that which he did not answer either, I waited until I just heard him hung the call.
"tss what's his problem?" I just said then I went to the bathroom already.
EBF
I rode my car at 8am here at Elite Battle Field, it's been a long time since I visited the battle field-one of my business. And I can still remember everything I've started in here. And well I'm here again to meet a friend.
"So what's the catch Hrtlez" he said as we finally take a break warming up in the battle field. This is James, one of the most professional shooter of the Hrtlez. He loved my battle field so I assigned him to manage it. In short He's been the acting CEO of EBF.
I tried my gun if it's working and shoot! I shot the head of the target. Then I faced him full of determination and of course my angelic smile saying "If I lose, this year's profit will be all yours" and I took my eyes off him again to adjust my gloves.
"you're insane! That's more than a billion you know, so you're really giving it to me if I won? That would be a miracle!" he's so talkative. I know it's big but I'm serious about this bet.
"and what if I lose?" I just looked at him saying like I can defeat him?... As what I've said, he's one of the most professional shooter of the Hrtlez and I'm just a newbie, but I was determined to play this game I've been creating this time so "if I won, money will just walk right in your hand again and the money will be In the charity... all over the Philippines" I answered as if it's nothing which made his jaw dropped.
And I was ready already so I gave my sweetest smile and "let's play" and I made my way to the battle field already. Warning! Don't imitate, it was an almost true battle 1 on 1 and our weapon are indeed true and dangerous.
Professionals only used, and I'd just received my professional license last week. I've played this game already before and it sucks, I get hit in different parts of my body especially in the arm and then I lose, but now it looks like I have the last winning laugh because even if I get hit in the arm again, I hit him and it wasn't just once but twice more in his arm and hand holding the gun.
Sh * t that Hurst! Luckily the location of the battle field was too close to the hospital so he can also be treated immediately. But before he could leave, he first agreed to our deal and accepted his defeat. He even laughed and then employees helped him get to the hospital already.
While me, I just let my arm bleed, I'm used to it. It hurts but that's not all what I've been through before.
I was drinking water when I suddenly saw Luke's name at my phone screen, he's calling, maybe it's an emergency so I answered immediately and I was right because...
"Mr. Godwill just arrived" I suddenly spilled what I was drinking, I thought he was not coming...later I heard Luke's voice asking if I'm alright.
"Well, I'll be there in 15 mins." and I ended the call already. And I quickly left the place with my phone and car keys, I did not take my bag anymore, let my employees take care of it, I still have to hurry so that the man's mind will not be changed again.

I left my car in front of the company, I was immediately greeted by my worried employees who just found me bleeding by the shoulder "I'm alright don't worry" I said then immediately got on the elevator and hit my office's floor already.
I just went straight to my office until I noticed Luke who was suddenly confused when he saw my bloody shoulder that I did not even pay attention with.
Not now, it's very important. Now that I found the right woman for him. So I ignored Luke right on the way and immediately entered my office. And there I saw him in the same posture he does in the same corner of my office with his-shocked face?
Well he must have noticed my bleeding shoulder already, but I just smiled at him and then approached the papers on the table. I will not miss it, no intro intro already.
"just sign it and we're all done" I smiled at him at the same time but he just looked bored and said "you're so unprofessional" he said then sat down on the chair in front of my table, I just followed him, sat down, also realized that I should have invited him to take a situation first hayst, then he spoke again "I have an important meeting, so let's talk now" I nodded then...
"ah it's been a long time, sorr-" but he cut me in with his annoyed face, I guess he's in a hurry so I changed my approach and "ok just sign-" again he cut me and now "Psyche let's TALK ... about US"
She stopped in her track, her smile faded away....maybe she was surprised..But she suddenly regained on it, take away the papers and "Talk about us?" she trailed while she's already smiling again as if nothing made her stopped saying "you're something Mr. Godwill..." she added and stood up to get some files from the next cabinet.
While I, still sitting "I'm serious...lets talk Psyche." which I made her stopped again, but her back was the only thing I can see already this time like she's starting to put her attention more on getting the file than talking to me. Who do you think you are and you dare turn your back on me...
"Ahh so she's Psyche Hrtlez, Mr. Peter's only daughter "I commented facing Mr. Peter's Daughter. I can't take away my eyes off her the moment I saw her face, she's kinda look familiar for me, her face...
Aha! I smiled first and uttered" I was observing and guess what? You look like my wife- " but she suddenly stood up making a loud sound of the utensils as they fell on the ground.
"Psyche what are you doing? Sit down" Mr. Peter said who seems starting to get mad already as she stayed standing right there like she doesn't like what was going on?
"I said sit down Psyche! Stop being stubborn and we'll talk!" there Mr. Peter was already mad looking how hard headed Psyche was.
"Talk? But there's nothing to talk about...sorry" and I was back in reality again...
