That man is Hawk Eye Dracule Mihawk. The greatest Swordsman in the world. And everyone started their own Rambling about his weapon and how he cut down the Ship and Zeff answered " If you are looking for his weapon, Then it's on his back. And Yes That man is the Hawk Eyed Mihawk. He is the most renowned swordsman in this world. "
