Chapter 102: Raid (V)

I continue blasting as much abomination as I can. However, when I finish blasting the abomination that is coming at me, I can feel something bounce off my cosmic shield around my body.
I look at where this attack comes from, and when I see the people that shoot me, I catch a projectile coming to my face. The one that is shooting me is a giant man with a height of about two-meter or maybe more. He is holding a massive bow in his hand that is ready to shoot down anyone in his sight.
And now he is eyeing her subordinate. I fly toward the man with the speed that breaks the sound barrier and arrives in front of him in less than a second before punching him with all my might.
When my fist hit the man in the chest, he was sent flying a few hundred meters from me. I must say that he has great durability to withstand my attack. That punch will easily kill a Mid class being, which means that man at least has the power of a High class being in durability.
"That is a terrifying power you got there."
I snap from my thoughts when I see a centaur holding a bow and a young woman, also holding a bow, walk toward me.
"Really?"
"Yes. That man you just punch is Heracles, the son of Zeus."
Really? That man is Heracles? I thought Heracles was a little bit shorter than that man… Oh! That man is the REAL Heracles from the past.
"I see that means you people are the people from the past that get resurrected by the power of the Holy Grail."
"That is correct. May I have your name, fair lady?"
".... Carol Vongola. The Cloud Guardian of Vongola Family. The Head of CEDEF and VARIA of the Vongola Family."
"I see… My name is Chiron. The teacher of many heroes from Greece and this young lady here ...."
"Atalanta. Nice to meet you."
I nod at their introduction before dodging to the left and see an arrow fly past me.
"Ah… It looks like Heracles is ready to fight once again. I'm sorry for meeting you like this, but with our situation, we cannot disobey our order."
"And your order?"
"To kill all the people here."
"I see…."
She can feel it. She can feel her Cloud Flame roaring and demands to be released. It was the nature of Cloud Flame to be protective of its territory. Her family is her territory, the thing that cannot be touched by any outsider, the thing that she claims as her own.
"Then we should finish our little chat here."
"Yes. I guess you are right. I'm sorry for doing this, Fair Lady."
"No. I'm sorry."
I punch Chiron in the face with a fist enchanted with Cloud Flame and Cosmic Power without warning. In less than a second, Chiron's head is gone and only leaves a gore mess on the ground.
I looked at Atalanta, and just like Chiron, her head exploded in less than a second. I clean up my hand by burning all the blood with Cloud Flame and fly toward Heracles location. I looked around for a few seconds before I found him running toward where I was.
When he sees me flying above him, he creates an arrow out of thin air, and nock the arrow then fires it toward me. I easily blocked the attack with my Cloud Flame, but to my surprise, he continued to fire the arrow at high speed to the point it was more like a Rifle gun instead of a bow and arrow.
And each of the arrows can kill a low to Mid class creature with ease. I guess he deserves the title of the strongest hero of Greece.
I take a deep breath and create a barrier around me made of Cloud Flame, then fly toward Heracles. However, before I could reach my target, I make a sharp turn when I feel something coming at me.
When I dodge it, I can see an arrow fly past me and hit the abomination in the head, killing it instantly. I look at where the arrow came from and see Chiron and Atalanta still alive with their bow in hand.
"I'm sorry. I don't want to attack you from the back. It is a bad taste and not my style of fighting."
"Why you… I see. That bastard modified your body, huh?"
"Sadly, yes. As long as he is alive or as long as the Holy Grail is still intact, we are practically immortal. The only way you could kill us if you have a way to negate our regeneration or obliterate our body, leaving nothing else."
"... Why do you say this? Why do you tell me your weakness?"
"I want to be free. I'm a centaur. We are a free creature. We want to run on the plain without care. We want to feel a wind past our skin while we run. However, our 'master' creates a shackle around us. He made us his slave. He makes us his unwilling servant. Not only that, that devil makes Heracles lose his mind, making him a berserker by doing what Hera did to him a long time ago. That devil does that because he fears the power of Heracles. Heracles' soul is so strong that it makes him afraid as he knows that Heracles can kill him. We want to be freed from this."
"I see."
They are the same as the caged Cloud. Cloud should be free and not be shackled. I look at them in pity instead of anger as now I know that they are nothing but a caged cloud that wants to drift around the sky free doing whatever they want.
I take a deep breath and look at Chiron.
"Then, I will grant you your wish. I will set you free from the shackles that bound you."
A second later, I activated my Binary Mode. Golden energy appears around me, protecting me from harm, and enchanting all my strength. I then begin to spread my Cloud Flame around my body and multiply the power of Binary Mode, and lastly, I also use the power I got from the Power Stone.
If people look at me right now, they will see a humanoid figure with a Golden and Purple flame around my body and purple lightning around my arms.
"Let me set you free. May you free to roam the sky once again like the Cloud should be."
I fire a Photon blast enchanted with Cloud Flame and Power Stone's power toward Chiron and Atalanta. The blast multiplied into a thousand blasts, and each of every blast had a speed higher than the speed of sound.
Chiron and Atalanta cannot dodge the attack, only can watch their body get disintegrated by my attack. Even if they successfully dodge it, they will at least get a scratch from that attack. However, even a scratch is dangerous as the Power Stone power has enchanted that attack. Power Stone will destroy any organic matter it touches, and when this effect gets enchanted by Cloud Flame, it becomes a fast-reacting poison that will eat any organic being at high speed.
When I see both Chiron and Atalanta are gone, and not even their hair is surviving my attack, I sigh a little. I feel a little bit sad and also angry. Sad for Chiron and Atalanta, who only want to be free and angry for Rizevim, who is doing this to them.
I then look at Heracles, who continues shooting an arrow at me. I guess I can see why Chiron says that he is nothing but a berserker. He continues to attack me with the same attack over and over again like a mindless beast.
"Let me free you from your madness."
I gather a large amount of Cosmic Power in my hand and fire the most powerful Photon Blast I ever made toward Heracles.
*BOOM*
When the attack hits Heracles, it creates a massive explosion that destroys anything it touches.
"May you find your freedom on the other side."
