Chapter 12: Serving him, instead of him serving her

This man seemed serious about chasing me,

Ah, what a bother.. about two months ago he had moved nearby, bought a house or rather a mansion-

A decent-sized one, not the one I wanted to burn but a nice walled one that had about seventy-five acres of land trees, a small lake, two caves, fifteen rooms, security, a six-car garage and a parking lot for twelve.

I clenched my fist. It was a house of my dreams, and his present girlfriend was probably decorating it.

I was jealous as f*ck and so I'd asked for a divorce before I murder that b*tch and get arrested.

"Then I have a demand."

I said, perhaps it is childish but really who cares, he leaned back shoulders straight I struggled fuck I struggled, why should I be attracted to him, why did he have to be so hot.

"What demand, Satrya?"

"That house has no other female!"

I made a gesture in the direction the house was located and stated plainly, even though I wanted to rant like a raging bull.

"move in with me, satrya.. share my bed, finally become my wife in every way."

I blinked, I liked my little house though it was not that big, but it suited me and my wolf.

"Think about it if you do, we can divorce."

He stood and left, slipping back on his overcoat.

Sigh seems like I'd have to use my electrical toy when I'm home, just watching him walk away is like a wet dream.

For a human that smelled like pink bubble gum, Dingbang had no idea what made him hire a human, but at the trail, she was perfect, and different. Normally Dingbang hated different, but..?

Well, she had held a dragoness at bay without becoming its food, a vixen, a she-wolf and two lionesses. In the boardroom, she sat at his side taking notes diligently in a manner that proved even though she was a mere secretary, her status was that which none could dare question.

Satrya is a woman, one needs to consider first if it was worth it to rile, even as a dragon Prince and her boss he too had consideration.

Satrya was an exceptionally intelligent woman concluding with that brain of hers that for a human was quite surprising (ah way to look down on humans Ding tch we humans aren't so terrible you know!)

Dingbang thought it so because Satrya had never eyed him coyly, her face which was always serious; diligently taking notes, calls or sending emails, he had to secretly; admit that honestly, if she ever did. Dingbang would have had her spread across his desk, bed and couch even in the shower as he explored that dark chocolate coloured skin of hers.

On a call, while his mother continued to nag him about becoming mated to the grand matriarch from the lyrical tribe, Dingbang tried his best to blank her out.

Even though dragons from his clan were in servitude to the grand matriarch of the lyrical clan and it was agreed upon when he had just hatched to become the mate to the next grand matriarch he had no desire to at least not since meeting Satrya in turn this female will become his future mate.

On the occasion that his mother had visited and met his secretary she had liked her, of course, Satrya was quite likeable "..only if your secretary was a dragoness, she can cook for our kind, organise parties, she never ask questions and she smells just lovely, my dragon calms in her presence, she could have become a great concubine if the future grand matriarch,..." by God she was praising her, Dingbang knew all of that the difference was she calmed his dragon, made him peek from within at her, still as there was the problem of the future grand matriarch and alas he could mate her but secretly and even then the future grand matriarch might just kill both of them off, it was not something rare, anyway.

Dingbang's door was suddenly slammed opened just at that moment, he saw Satrya his secretary rise blocking the female's path, frustrated upon seeing this female he thought how he had tried his hardest to get away from this particular dragoness screening all calls in the process and avoiding any events but it was to no anvil, he was a Prince! While she was nothing but a minor noble, he had entertained because he needed some funds for a project among the mortals.

It was well known that he was betrothed to the next grand matriarch, so why would she even entertain the idea he'd mate her, he was a bit lost there. This dragoness didn't even know her place!

It was already predestined before the grand matriarch was even conceived to be his mate, this dragoness was just a mere plaything to help perfect ways to please the grand matriarch his future mate after the grand feast when he took her, to make her his mate than his queen when he did become king.

The flick of her eyes had him rushing towards his secretary, but he was drawn to a halt at the scene before him.

A dragoness was being pinned by a human, a human had a dragoness who was clearly trying to shift, unable to. This supposedly human was my future mate!

There was only one being who can force a dragon by sheer will to be unable to shift at will or even fight back and that was-

Dingbang was shocked at his conclusion, looking at the woman not too far from him.

No... But-

Suddenly he felt proud of her. Even if now she was a mere human, Satrya proved that she was still the future grand matriarch.

"What is that, Dingbang?"

Dingbang hung up on his mother, his dragon peering at their future mate, head cocked. So many emotions... All this time... The missing young grand matriarch who will be next in line to rule the lyrical Treff was serving him instead of him serving her, his woman, his mate, the mother of his future young.. Satrya Bennett.
