Chapter 34: Haul and Going Back
Once they had finished checking everything in the treasury, they found a door at the very end of it. Ad was, as always, the one to go head first into the place and check what was inside. There they found another huge room, but this one was full of orderly arranged ingots. There were ailes upon ailes of different kinds of branded metals.
The most common metal they found was Vibranium, whereas Adamantium was the rarest. Apparently, not even if the same metals were used in its production, respecting the same proportions of each, was there certainty that Adamantium would properly be forged.
Adalwulf: This place is a real treasure trove. Adamantium can be used in weapons due to its "indestructible" nature, whereas Vibranium is the ultimate armor metal.
The Hestia Familia Party was over the moon with their new riches. What got Ad even happier, were the many blueprints and ideas for weapons, armor and buildings that were kept in the treasury. With those alone he could clear his debt with Hephaestus, let alone with a few ingots of indestructible metal.
Adalwulf: Ok, let's go over everything again. How much gold did we guess was outside?
Keeva: Around 2 tons, or enough to make two mansions, those were the estimates.
Eoghan: If we sold those to Goibniu of Hephaestus we would get around a hundred million Valis. An ounce is around 1,407 Valis.
Adalwulf was extremely happy, knowing that his debt was going to be cleared with nothing but the gold they had. He knew it was sort of selfish to use all the money from the gold to clear his debt, but it would only bring more benefits to the Familia later on, as it would be Hephaestus who would owe them.
Adalwulf: That's good, with my debt clear we can get Hephaestus to owe us.
Unknown to himself, he had a rather evil smile on his face. Natsuki couldn't help but chuckle at his antics, while Eoghan and Keeva smiled wryly. Iman, well...
Iman: Darling is acting like an evil villain!
Everyone burst out laughing after her comment, to which she only cocked her head to the side, not understanding what was the funny thing.
Adalwulf: I plan on getting weapons made with hilts of Vibranium and blades of Adamantium. Also, protective gear with Vibranium in it will be nigh indestructible.
Everyone nodded at their Captain's idea, as it was the most logically sound. Gold could only get them so much. The real treasure of Wakanda was the city that technically belonged to them now and the imposibly large reserve of Vibranium and Adamantium.
Once they had sorted everything out, Ad grabbed a few ingots of Vibranium, followed by Natsuki and Iman. Eoghan and Keeva carried Adamantium, as they wanted to show both to Hephaestus once they were back outside.

They had left the city with Ad's help. He found it easier to teleport them through the shadows this time, which gave him an idea of what had happened when they merged with their shadows. With way more ease than before, and somehow reinvigorated, they made their way back from the Dungeon.
Not really sure how long they had spent in the Wakandan "Ruins", as they decided to call the place, they left the Babel Tower. They found a group of people standing at the entrance, and where rather surprised when they all gasped at their sudden appearance, probabbly as surprised as them.
From within the group Ais and Ryuu came out, running straight to him and silently hugging him. Ad was rather surprised at Ais' sudden and public show of affection, not having talked to her since their first meeting. His surprise was cleared when he heard Finn speaking behind her.
Finn: You were gone for two days. Hestia asked us to arrange a searching Party, but you appeared as we were about to go in.
Gareth: What happened in there kiddo? You look stronger than before, if anything.
Adalwulf: *sigh* Long story, not planning on telling a single word to anyone about it, unless they are willing to keep a secret from their respective Gods and Goddesses.
Finn: I'd rather not know, in that case. Well, anyways, 'gratz on being back, Adalwulf.
Ad simply thanked Finn and looked at Ais and Ryuu, who were still silent. He could tell that they were feeling and incredible amoun of relief, and worrying about Hestia's state of mind, he focused a bit on their connection. She would feel him being safe that way, and it would clear the worry from her heart.
Before they left, Ais gave him a short peck on the cheek, which made him surprised. Looking around, he found Tione and Tiona smirking widely. He chuckled and mouthed a "thank you" to them before saying his goodbye to Ais and leaving with the rest of the Party, their direction being the Hearth Manor.
Once they arrived, Hestia was waiting for them at the door, instantly jumpin on Ad's arms when she saw him. Apparently, the time were they saw an illusion and talked with the previous Wakandan King and his family kept them in the Ruin for two days. Ad cursed, more annoyed than anything else.
Adalwulf: 'Fucking spirits, always have to pull one of those.'
They explained all that happened to Hestia, whose face went from worried to amazed, then amused, passing shortly by annoyance and lastly glee. They were now one of the Richest Familia in Orario! They had a limited stock on an undestructible metal. Were they to actually try and sell it, they would surely be able to upgrade their home and turn it into a full blown mansion.
Hestia: Still, I am glad you all are fine!
As he hugged the petite Goddess, Ad remembered the shadows merging with them and let go of her.
Adalwulf: Oh! I almost forgot, we need to get our Falna updated. We got strengthened when out shadows merged with us.
Hestia: Well then, ladies first. Keeva, lay down on the couch.
Ad left the room as soon as he head who was going first, much like Eoghan would leave when it was Natsuki's or Iman's turn.
Once he was called back inside, he was shown the result of their incursion in the dungeon and going through the Wakanda experience. His mouth stayed in an "O" shape, and he almost forgot to breath.
