Chapter 2: Chapter two- meet and greet
Three Months Later
Zu had papers in her hand as she walked alongside Chris and Sasha. "They're highly dangerous," Chris says.
They turned the corners of Apollo 46. A large ship floating in the sky. High enough so that planes and other flying things won't end up crashing into it as it floating near space.
"We don't know where they are, but we do know what they're capable of," Sasha began.
Chris nodded. Soldiers marching down the halls, people working on computers in a large room, meetings being held, and a large screen is the map of the world. Pinned points of certain people were marked red. This was some sort of facility.
"We brought you along to help stop Gemini and her goons. We hope you do great. We're counting on you, this planet is counting on you and the rest of the girls." Chris stopped in front of a metal door along with Sasha. "Beyond this door, you'll meet your team mates. No fighting, and touchy touchy going on in here. Not that you'll do it," Sasha says.
Chris shook Zu's hand after taking the paper from her. "We'll come back in thirty minutes to show you guys to y'alls room." Sasha and Chris walked off as Zu slowly opened the door.
She swallowed feeling the cold air hit her on the way in. The large window in the back gave them a view of the clouds below them.
As Zu entered the cozy room, all six girls turned and looked at her just before Kyoto jumped up. "Kyoto!" "Zu!" Kyoto and Zu both ran into each other's arms. "Siblings? That's dope! I wish I had a sibling. I killed my brother when I was fourteen," Kina commented.
Jau and Kyutie looked at each other and said nothing as Jenna tried not to laugh. Bella stood up to shake Zu's hand after Kyoto pulled back from her older sister.
"You guys are my team?" Zu asked after shaking Bella's hand. "Correction, My team," Kina says.
"My sister's team. She can beat y'alls ass any day," Kyoto chimed in. Zu smirked and shook her head. "Same attitude as before," she said. "I wouldn't say that. She hasn't seen me fight yet," Jau commented. "Okay! Okay! Okay! Let me get this stuff settled. I'm the best fighter here, without doubt!" Jenna says. "Bitch! You're so little I forgot you even joined the team," Kyoto replied. "You're not gonna see me as little when your face meets my fists," Jenna says. Kyoto stood in Jenna's face.
"Kyutie has my back. Don't you?" Jenna turned to Kyutie who looked confused and scared. Bella rolled her eyes. "Guys. We're all good heros. No one is stronger than anyone. That's why we're all here," Bella chimed in.
"Kina's the strongest. We're her sidekicks. I already found out on the way here," Zu says. Everyone went quiet besides Kina.
"HA! WHAT I SAID? I'm the best!" Kina says. Everyone rolled their eyes before Jenna who was clapping for Kina. "y'all some bitch ass hoes." Kyoto spoke in Chinese.
Zu sat down. "So who's who?" Zu asked. "I'm Jau," Jau introduced herself. "Asista!" Kina says. "No! Literally a sister. I killed my brother a while back due to my anger issues and my found brain part to do what someone tells me to." Kina sat across from Zu and next to Kyutie.
"Jenna Ortega. Better known as-" Before Jenna finished, Zu finished for her. "Agent J? Yeah. I'm a fan," Zu says.
"So that leaves you being Bella?" Zu asked. Bella gave a cute, cheeky smile and nodded. Kyoto smiled a little and looked down. "I'm Zu. Nice to meet all of you," Zu says.
"I'm glad we can work together. I'm sure we'll make a great te-" Zu was interrupted with Kina eating some chips with a loud crunch.
Zu stopped and just looked at her as did everyone else. "You gonna give me some?" Jenna whispered. Kina took another crunch and held the bag out. "Yeah dude. Take some," she says. "Where'd you even get those?" Zu looked around and couldn't see a food station and Kina didn't have chips when she shook her hand.
Jenna was crunching too. Kyutie stared at the chips just as Jenna made eye contact with her. "Want some?" Jenna held out her hand with a few chips in it. Kyutie slightly shook her head.
"Do you talk? I get you're shy, but do you talk?" Jenna asked. "You're dumb. How are you the smartest one? If she couldn't talk, how the fuck they get her name and information?" Kyoto asked. Kyoto then turned to Zu and smiled while pointing at Jenna with her thumb. "This girl just asked if she can talk. Her swollen neck, big body, long toe havin ass," Kyoto laughed.
"Oh! So we don't have hands to write all that down?" Jenna asked before looking at Kyoto.
"Listen here you little shit." Kyoto stood up. Jenna had to look up at Kyoto. Kyoto towered over Jenna with a resting bitch face. Kyutie just looked at the two of them. Everyone did.
"I mean if you wanna throw hands, we can throw hands," Jenna stepped up to Kyoto.
Everyone just watched them as if they were a movie. "We can throw hands."Kyoto then spat on Jenna's face. "Oooo! DAMN! Bruh! Spit on her shoes!" Kina yelled. "Little bitch. You ain't finna do shit. Sit yo short ass down," Kyoto says.
Jenna wiped the spit from her cheek and went to go take a seat. Kina continued chewing.
"Damn, Kyoto. You green for that," Kina chimed while smacking. Jau looked away and Bella sighed as Zu pulled Kyoto back. Kyoto stayed standing still watching Jenna.
"That's why yo spit smell like shit," Jenna commented. Kyoto tried rushing to Jenna but Kyoto stopped in her tracks. As if some sort of invisible force was holding her back. Kyoto tried breaking free but she couldn't. Bella had her hands out using her powers to stop Kyoto from moving.
"Sit!" Bella waved her arm and Kyoto flew to the couch, landing on her butt as if she'd been sitting there for a while.
Zu kept her head down trying to ignore the fact that people judged her since Kyoto was her sister. Kyoto watched everyone. "We're supposed to be a team. Not enemies. And Kyoto! You're the little bitch. You're messing with Jenna who's smaller than you," Bella checked.
"Who the fuck are you talking to? She wants to act tough, Imma show her tough," Kyoto corrected. All that going down while Kina laughed on the floor at the situation. "Y'all some sissies!" Kyoto laughed.
Everyone watched as Kina got off of the ground. "Oof. I need something to eat after watching that." Kina reached into her back pocket and pulled out a bag of chips. Everyone looked confused. "Bruh! How the fuck you do that?" Jau asked before sitting up in her seat.
"You guys need to just relax. The only people relaxed here are Zu and Kyutie. That's sad," Bella continued.
Chris knocked on the door and came in while looking around. He had a piece of paper in his hand. "Jenna, Kyutie, and Zu, you guys will be sharing a dorm. Jau, Kyoto, Bella, you guys will be in one. Kina, you have your own dorm from being here with us the entire time," Chris demanded. Sasha stepped up beside Chris.
"Since you guys share a dorm, you guys are a team. You guys will be on separate missions with the people you share a dorm with. So get used to working with them." Sasha started.
Two soldiers came in with a bucket. They began passing out phones. "Each of you will have a new phone with each other's numbers in them. Keep up with these phones," Sasha informed.
Everyone got their new phone. Kyoto looked at it as Kina began taking selfies on them.
All of them had the first letter of their names on the case but if they had the same first letter, they also had their last name letter next to their first name. "So what team am I on?" Kina asked.
"The team you choose to work with that day. You guys will train at different times and go on little missions in y'alls group. When we have a big threat, you all will work together. We did it this way so we don't get confused. And yes, you all are one big team, just seperated into groups we think would best fit to get things done faster," Chris replied.
"My phone is almost dead," Jenna chimed in. "No one cares," Kyoto replied. Jenna rolled her eyes.
"The chargers will be in the in y'alls dorms." Chris motioned for them to follow him. Just as Jenna was about to push through the doorway, Kyoto pulled her back and went first.
"Kyoto!" Zu said in a loud whisper. Kyoto walked beside her sister and behind Chris and Sasha. "What?" Kyoto asked. "Be nice. She's our teammate!" Zu says. Kyoto leaned in on Zu. "I don't ever remember asking," Kyoto replied. Zu gave a sigh.
Chris and Sasha turned the corner and the girls stayed quiet while following behind them.
