Chapter 33: A month of time
Nick had taught Liz everything he could, and Liz had decent control over her powers even being able to create snow golems. Nick also boosted his mana control and mana sense with a combined 7 levels. Mary and Christoph were going back and forth on dates. Which was very awkward due to the fact that the previous king died like two months ago. Many people joked it just wasn't true love and cursed the past king so that helped curb people's opinions. The four of them also started a game night which Nick crushed at sense his mana was now double previously and he could change into any shape.
"As much as i like kicking your asses at charades, it is getting late and i want sleep." Nick had moved into one of the many rooms. "Oh you just don't think me and Liz can win. we could totally kick your butts if you didn't cheat." "Hey if Liz can you her powers Nick can use his" Christoph said but quickly retracted due to the stare Mary had. Liz was distracted and Mary and Nick noticed it, but one did nothing and another was trying to not ask the question why. Nick knew it was the spirits. He had gotten her mental stability to 76% but he thought this might mess her up so he constantly check her stats. Though ultimately Nick hadn't realized it look like he was constantly checking Liz out. No one said anything though due to the fact they weren't sure if he was intentionally doing it.
Liz agreed with Nick and said we should all go to bed, she then left to her room. She was hearing the call, the voice. Nick was sleeping much more but he never need to. It allowed him to sneak out of the castle to go search for the spirits. Christoph told him the trolls were missing so Nick wanted to find out about the earth spirit. Nick constantly left the Castle to search the books of ever place in arendelle. He read many books about various topics from the royal library and the city library, as well as reading through all documents about the enchanted forest or unnatural encounters that happened. Nick found out many things that happened around the world as well. Finding out that Rapunzel was to the south-west of arendelle. what sounded like an Asian continent across the sea which arendelle had trade with. He also when reading about the water spirit he found out about Atlantians. He was just missing information about the earth spirit, so he snuck{1} out once again to visit the old troll camp.
Liz was outside her balcony when she saw a little blue green blob zip through the square. She knew Nick has been sneaking out. "Does he kno-know something?"
